If I am correct, had Escobar wanted to become a U.S. citizen, he would have had to deport himself and it may have taken him months, if not years, to obtain a visa so he could be reunited with his wife and two children.

We will never be able to deport all the illegals, probably not even all the criminals among them. Why then pick on Escobar when there are so many criminal aliens out there? It is my opinion that Escobar should have been allowed to stay, work and support his family in this country.

Hmm, I wonder if his family will have to go on welfare now?BarkGrowlBitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04830589594331819236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18932388.post-64953955194079970262017-03-05T09:34:20.225-06:002017-03-05T09:34:20.225-06:00I agree that Escobar was probably not a threat. H...I agree that Escobar was probably not a threat. He was ILLEGALLY living in this country. After all that time in the land of milk and honey he never pursued legal citizenship. He raised a family. Why not pursue citizenship? By not doing so, he slapped the millions of legal hard working immigrants in the face.

Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18932388.post-73432279450042062802017-03-05T09:23:15.796-06:002017-03-05T09:23:15.796-06:00Illegal yes, but Escobar is not one of the bad guy...Illegal yes, but Escobar is not one of the bad guys Trump said he wants deported. Anon, have you no compassion? This man was brought to the U.S. when he was 14. Since then, Escobar has gotten married abd raised two children. He's worjed steady to support his family. He's paid his local, state and federal taxes. And he's got no criminal record. Worse yet, he was DUMPED in a country of which he has little recollection and where he has no family members.

It is said there are 11 million illegals in this country. I'll bet the actual number is more like 20 million. In either case, his deportation has absolutely no impact whatsoever on those numbers. Escobar is one guy ICE could have - no I say, should have - let stay here.

BarkGrowlBitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04830589594331819236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18932388.post-41701400436073555382017-03-05T08:17:05.032-06:002017-03-05T08:17:05.032-06:00The father was an ILLEGAL immigrant!
