DID HIS OWN DOJ JUST THROW JOE BIDEN OVERBOARD ?

The Special Counsel Report released yesterday on why they chose to NOT prosecute Joe Biden for his classified documents situation was absolutely scathing.  It probably would have been better for him politically if they decided to go ahead and charge him, after he leaves office of course.

The report said essentially that he came across as a well meaning, doddering fool who had so many memory lapses it would be difficult for him to defend himself.

He spazzed of course.  He held an impromptu press conference with 45 minutes notice.  No subject matter given.  Some of the press thought he was about to resign.  He was 15 minutes late.  He was angry, combative and clearly more than a little bit out of it.

Did his own DOJ just put a stake thru his heart?  Maybe yes.  The conspiracy nuts are asserting that "the deep state" decided that they can NOT afford to go ahead with Joe and they want to shoot him down prior to the convention so somebody (Gavin Newsom ?) who isn't Kamal Harris who might have a microscopic chance of actually winning can be the Democrat-Socialist standard bearer in November. 

The conspiracy stuff might be a little crazy.  That being said, it isn't impossible.  Plus of course I know what I saw.  I saw Joe on TV.  I heard the excerpts of the report.  It was really, really bad.
