Insert; Kendrick Finch
 

It seems that Ashley Long, 28, and a friend were crossing a street in Dallas when a Mercedes passed by them very close.  The friend's hand allegedly brushed the Mercedes.  (??)  This caused the driver of the Mercedes, Kendrick Finch, 34, to bail out of the car with a gun.  It started getting stupid and the man with Ashley pulled a gun out of her purse and shots started flying.  Ashley was killed by multiple GSW and her friend was shot but survived. 

Finch fled, but later turned himself in. He is being charged with murder.

Somehow I suspect what ACTUALLY happened is that Finch passed the pedestrians way too close and the man got pissed and slapped his car as it went by triggering this chain of tragic bullshit.
