Regular readers will recall that Jose Ines Garcia Zarate is the multiple-felon illegal alien who murdered Kate Steinle on Pier 39 in the People's Republic of San Francisco and basically got a freebie for it. He was sentenced to time served for illegal possession of a firearms.

Now the feds are going after him on two federal gun charges. He has previously been a guest of the people for 17 years on various federal charges mostly related to illegal entry into the U.S. after being deported, which is a federal felony.

I hope they try him in North Dakota to inconvenience his asshole lawyer as much as possible.
