The Del Mar Fair Grounds is owned by the 22nd District Agriculture Association Board of Directors, which is kind-of sort-of a state agency. Since January they have had a "moratorium" on gun shows there.
Yesterday U. S. District Court Judge Cathy Ann Bencivengo whipped an injunction one them, compelling them to allow the gun shows, which are a legal activity, to continue.
Once in a while the good guys win one, even in the People's Republic of California.
What are they going to sell? 10 shot sling shots?
