The
Zogg fire which started last month in NorCal killed four people. Fire
investigators are now looking at the idea that PG&E equipment caused
the fire and may therefore bear both criminal and civil responsibility
for the deaths.
PG&E
was found liable in the deaths of 84 people in a wild fire two years
ago, part of the fallout of which drove the company to file bankruptcy.
