The
great state of Georgia is now moving to do a 100% hand recount of all
their paper ballots. That should be lots of laughs and move the whole
issue along smoothly and quickly. (Or not.)
I
wonder how many dead people or mental incompetents in hospitals will,
in the meantime, be found to have voted. Of course there is no law
against a gorped-out person voting, One does wonder, however, how they
make their choice and how susceptible to being pushed one way or the
other they are.
In CA a few
years ago a nursing home administrator thoughtfully registered all of
his patients to vote, and then held up pictures for them to choose their
favorite candidates.
