A
little more probably-straight skinny is leaking out into the real world
about the Hunter Biden investigation. He may truly think that daddy
can and will protect him but, unless daddy is stupid enough to issue his
son a blanket pardon (and he might be, claiming he kid is the subject
of a witch hunt by the the vast right-wing conspiracy) he may be in
some serious doodoo. And it is just barely possible that Senile Joe may
have some issues when he is out of office. (Though by then he might be
so senile he will cop a walk as being so brain burnt he is not capable
of participating in his own defense.)
In
any event according to the latest speculation the actual investigation
into Hunter began as far back as 2018 and is looking primarily into his
dealing is foreign countries while daddy was VP. The U S Attorney in
Delaware is looking specifically at money laundering, firearms
regulations and lobbying law violations.
Investigators have been talking to legit registered lobbyists, formerly business partners of Hunter, and Hunter's baby mama.
Hunter
has apparently paid about $450,000 in outstanding tax bills in DC, back
in 2020. Those payments do not, however, fully resolve the legal
issues of how he got the income in the first place.
It
is IMHO unlikely that any of this will splash all over the media before
the 2022 November elections but will almost certainly play a role in
the 2024 presidential election.
