ALEC BALDWIN MAY BE BACK IN THE HOT SEAT

The prosecutor is going to present the Alec Baldwin "Rust" case to the grand jury in New Mexico.  It is said that new evidence has come to light that indicates that criminal charges may be appropriate.  This new evidence has something to do with testing procedures of the gun by the FBI and possible issues with that testing.
