The Santa Cruz Sheriff's Office responded Wednesday
Afternoon to the small community of Scott's Valley in response to the
report of a stabbing. When they got there they found that the set of
five-year old twins got in a fight in the kitchen of the family home and
one of them grabbed a kitchen knife and shanked the other.
The young killer will not be charged due to his age and lack of requisite criminal intent.
