OKLAHOMA SB 1976

Oklahoma Senate Bill 1976 would, if approved in its current form, differentiate between legal and illegal pornography.  The bill would make is specifically illegal to electronically send nude photos of yourself to someone who you were not married to.  Just thought you might want to know if you are involved in a sexting relationship with somebody in Oklahoma.

I wonder if it would still be legal to send nude photographs of somebody else, not yourself, to someone with who you are involved in a sexting relationship?  I will have to look into that.  Or not.
