A former jarhead is blaming a bad mushroom trip for him
getting naked in his Richmond District house in S.F. and threatening to
kill his landlord while shooting up his house from the inside, much to
the chagrin of his wife, who spent a fair bit of time shielding their
infant and praying a lot.
The
33-year old, Evan Supinsky, allegedly believed he was in the garden of
eden. Why he would shoot up the garden of eden on New Years Even isn't
really clear to me and his lawyer wasn't really clear on it either
The
D.A. and the landlord are both opposing Supinsky's pre-trial release.
I can't imagine why. The judge did release him to a program called
Fresh Start and required that he wear an ankle monitor. I am sure that
makes his wife and his landlord both feel SO MUCH safer. The judge also
blamed the gun.
