The Feebs raided the Federal Correctional Institution at
Dublin, CA yesterday and may, or may not, have arrested the warden
depending on who you ask.
The
women's prison there, which has been rife with complaints of sexual
misconduct by staff, was at one time co-ed. That did not last real
long.
The Feebs took a shitload of electronic equipment when they finally left. N. T. McKinney was named the interim Warden.
A
former warden, Ray Garcia, and other staff have been sentenced to
prison for sexual misconduct with prisoners. One of them was James
Highhouse, a former chaplain, There are currently 63 civil claims
against the BOP and individual staff members by current and former
guests of the people. Under the law it is not possible for prisoners to
consent to sexual conduct with staff. Any such conduct is criminal.
