LIFE IS HARD ... IT'S HARDER IF YOU ARE STUPID ..... OFTEN SHORTER TOO.

There was a normally very mundane fight at Amos Alonzo Staff High School in Stockton two days ago.  The only truly odd thing about it is two of the four or five miscreants were wearing ski masks.  They also misjudged police response and the two masked men fled when the cops showed up.  They fled over the levee and into the Calaveras River right next to the school.  One surrendered shortly thereafter.  The other either successfully played hard to get and escaped or played really hard to get and drowned.  It is hard to swim in street clothes even if you are otherwise a good swimmer.  I know.  

Cops have searched the river in the area for the last two days.  Today they used a boat with side-looking sonar.  No joy.  If the idiot got clean away he is probably not going to let the cops know.  If he drowned he is probably not going to let the cops know either, but bodies in the delta usually surface in a few days.

The school is assuming the idiot was a student and is summoning grief counsellors to assist the poor students in processing their grief over the idea that one of their fellows was such a fucking idiot.  At least I THINK that is the idea.
