Both Donald Trump and Senile Joe got enough delegates to snag their party nominations for the run for El Presidente in 2024. Whether or not each one actually accepts the nomination or for that matter is still vertical and breathing six months is a legit question. It also still seems possible that the Dems will manage to push Joe out but that seems (IMHO) to be increasingly unlikely unless the old codger actually strokes out or has some other serious issue befall him, personal, medical or legal.
If the election was tomorrow I am confident Trump would take it. But the election isn't tomorrow.
