CRIME FIGHTING HOGS

Having problems with criminals? I may have a solution. Hogs. 

Texas has over a million of them running loose and they are very smart animals. They could be trained easily to track and hold evading criminals. I believe they would really cut down on crime. 

Radio: "Send me a Hog Team over here. I've got one running in along the bayou." 

"We're clear and close, dispatch. Hog Team in route."
