SOMETIMES TRYING TO BE HELPFUL DOES NOT PAY OFF

Jeffrey Limmer, 46, is an attorney, or more precisely was an attorney, in the greater Houston area.  On Saturday in the early evening he happened to be at a McDonalds along I-10 when he witnessed a fairly heated argument between a customer and an employee.  The customer was demanding a refund on something.  Limmer tried to mediate.  He lived nearby and was a regular customer.  It turned to shit and the customer shifted his ire to Limmer.  

The beef moved into the parking lot where it got physical.  Limmer knocked the pissed off customer down.  The customer then retrieved a weapon from his blue Ford truck, shot Limmer to death and took off.  

The cops are still attempting to locate the customer.
