Lorenzo Jones, 51, was found toes up during the 5 p.m. count at Mule Creek State Prison in Ione, CA last week.  Jesse Ferdin, Jones' cell mate, is a suspect in the murder.  (Damn, really?) 

Jones had been a guest of the people since 2007 as a three strike burglar back in 2007.  He was doing life out of L. A. County.  Ferdin has been down since 2019 for rape out of Alameda County.   He was doing 12 years as a second strike felon. 

I wonder how many other suspects there are.  Let's see.  Two guys, only two guys, locked in a cell.  One gets homicided.  Who could have done it?
