Rep. Laurel D. Libby
 
 
Acting yesterday SCOTUS issued an order to the legislature of Maine to remove it's censure of republican state legislator Laurel Libby.  Since February 15 she has been forbidden to speak on the floor or to vote because she had the temerity to post a note on social media in support of keeping women's and girl's sports exclusively for biological females.  The vote wasn't even close, it was 7-2.  Sotamayor and Brown Jackson dissented.

Libby has a lawsuit in the hopper against Ryan Fecteau, Speaker of the House, over her censure.
