TRUMP FILES LAWSUIT OVER TITLE IX VIOLATIONS

The Trump administration again did what they said they would do.  On Wednesday morning they filed suit in the U. S. District Court for the Central District of California against the California Dept. of Education and the California Interscholastic Federation.  The issue is the feds allegation that the state and the CIF allowing biological men to compete against biological women and allowing these biological men to intrude into female only locker rooms and bathrooms is in fact a violation of Title IX.  

It will be really interesting to see if Katanji Brown Jackson will, when the question arises, which it almost certainly will, can actually manage to define what a woman is.  The question seems to be important to this issue.

The Trump admin said to CA you have ten days to deal with this.  CA didn't.  Trump said what he said he would do.
