Today various Republican members of the CA legislature
have filed an emergency appeal for an injunction with the CA State
Supreme Court to stop the attempt by Gavin Newsom and his road dogs to
break a ton of laws and violate the constitution in order to push a
redistricting plan thru in CA. There are several causes of action,
including violation of the 30 days notice requirement and the fact that
it is specifically illegal for the Democrats of draw new maps unless
they have previously dissolved the citizens commission for
redistricting.
The CA
courts are basically a pack of Democrat whores but once in a while they
do something that is not only "right" but legally correct.
