The
Dept. of Justice Civil Rights Division is going after the California
Environmental Protection Agency and the California Air Resources Board
for civil rights violations. It appears that they are still operating a
vigorous "don't hire White males" program in apparent violation of
federal civil rights law. Ain't that some shit?
