If Gavin Newsom and his cronies and road dogs want to get their FUCK YOU AND YOUR REAPPORTIONMENT COMMITTEE proposal on the November ballot they have 16 days to do it. That is the minimum lead time under the law. And the legislature will not be back in session for another 12 days. Unless Gavin calls them back in special session.
