Eric Swalwell is a fourth-term congressman and a major league I HATE TRUMP person. The 38-year old white guy announced on Stephen Colbert's show two nights ago that he is also in the running to unseat Trump in 2020.
The former Alameda County prosecutor's main talking points is that he is not Donald Trump and he hates Donald Trump and he hates everybody who likes Donald Trump. He is on the Intelligence and Judiciary committees and he is absolutely committed to the notion that Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election from that wonderful human being Hillary Clinton and that therefore he should be opposed at every turn.
He was born in Iowa but moved to CA at the age of five. He has pretty much moved back to Iowa despite his current job and is hoping to make a big splash there to make his name as a serious candidate, even though he is clearly handicapped by being a disgusting white male. But that's OK, its not his fault, he was born that way. Maybe he will have both gender and racial reassignment surgery to enhance his electability.

With the current state of the Democrat electorate, he has zero chance of being the nominee. The only thing he has going for him, is he wants to “buy back”, (I.e. seize)all so-called assault weapons. Even with that insanity, he is not radical enough to win the democratic primary.
