Joe Biden's campaign has released a 24-minute video from former first lady Michelle Obama where she tears into President Donald Trump's record and accuses him of 'racism.'
She said Trump still 'doesn't have a plan for this virus,' and accuses him of 'using fear and confusion and spreading lies to win.'
She accused Trump and his allies of 'stoking fears about black and brown Americans. Lying about how minorities will destroy the suburbs.'
