James Allen Generally speaking homicide is a young mans game, but on
Sunday in Stockton it didn't go down that way. A 60-year old man was
shot to death just across Hwy 5 from the Port of Stockton. A few hours
later the local constabulary arrested James Allen, 72, for suspicion of
the murder along with some drug and weapons charges.
We try to make it interesting at least once in a while here in Mudville.
