A brief bit on broadcast news yesterday said that an unnamed federal judge ruled that the California anti-gig economy law does NOT apply to independent truck drivers as they are preempted by federal law.
Writers, photographers and drivers for operations such as Uber and Lyft still have cases pending before the court.

I'm still worried about the Strippers. They deserve fair treatment. Maybe they should take to the streets while walking abreast in protest. They did it in New Orleans and won. A lot of people were worried.
