Chief U. S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Cecelia G. Morris has just ruled that student loan debt CAN be discharged under Chapter 7 bankruptcy filings. I am willing to bet a lot of "colleges" that are basically student loan generation factories, and even some legit ones, are sweating this big time.

My daughter has a Masters degree from the University of Houston. She did it on her own through hard work and sacrificing luxuries. She never borrowed a dime. Her husband delivered beer from dawn to dusk to make sure they had what they needed. She is an administrator for one of the largest and richest school districts in the state.
I think some people take the path of least resistance and by doing so, wind up never really working for themselves.
Anyway, I'm a proud Dad.
