It is a fact that the (collect) phone calls made by
prisoners from various jails and prisons are expensive. The suppliers
who provide this service are well compensated for it.

will, if approved, "fix" this problem. This bill would provide for
FREE (meaning tax payer funded) calls home for persons who are guests of
the state. Just thought you would like to know where your money is
maybe going.
