The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has stayed the order of Judge Benitez against the idiotic CA ammunition purchase rules. No surprise there, but a major irritation. Now this sucker is going to have to get dragged further thru the court system. Both Governor Newsom and A. G. Bonta are screaming about how wonderful they are to stand up for public safety in the face of a psycho judge who actually thinks the constitution means what it says it means.
