The Archewell Foundation is run by Prince Harry and
Meghan Markle. It has been formally declared to be delinquent by the
California Registry of Charities and Fundraisers and order to stop
soliciting donations or spending any money. The notice was issued by
the state Attorney General, Rob Bonta.
The cause of delinquency is "failing to submit required annual report(s) and/or renewal fees."
Allegedly the check was somehow lost in the mail.
