Yes, it's true. In one of the most outrageous travesties of justice in recent memory a San Francisco jury found the multiple-felon multiple-deported illegal alien NOT GUILTY in the death of Kate Steinle. They did manage to find him guilty of being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm, which in CA is damn near a misdemeanor nowadays. It should be noted that there is no doubt that he was in actual physical possession of the gun when it was fired, killing 32-year old Kate Steinle on a San Francisco pier.
I am sort of hoping the feds will step in and charge him for multiple counts of illegal entry. That is a felony and he could get some time for that.
The People's Republic of San Francisco is truly a haven for morons.
