SHOOTINGS DOWN IN CHICAGO

This past weekend only 46 people were shot in Chicago and only 4 of those died.  One was a 7-year old girl who was sitting in a parked car with her 6-year old sister, who was also wounded but did not die.  

Perhaps all the wind in Chicago is actually merely muzzle blasts.
