THE DATA CENTER CONTROVERSY

Central Texas has been in a severe drought for over a decade. Over development has taken a toll on the Edwards Aquifer. Galveston County hasn't been affected by drought as much. However, a huge desalination plant is being sought for San Leon for which protests are planned.
