More than 100 woke Yale Law School students disrupted a bipartisan panel
on civil liberties by trying to shout down and intimidate the speakers. Law school professor Kate Stith, the moderator (right), at one point told the students to "grow up."
The American Bar Association has issued guidelines to law
schools about free speech following liberal psychopaths shouting down
conservative speakers at law schools in California.
The
rules say that the schools must prohibit "disruptive conduct that
hinders free expression by preventing or substantially interfering with
the carrying out of law school functions or approved activities, such as
classes, meetings, library services, interviews, ceremonies, and public
events."
These new
standards acknowledge that the schools can still "restrict expression
that violates the law, that falsely defames a specific individual, that
constitutes a genuine threat or harassment, or that unjustifiably
invades substantial privacy or confidentiality interests."
Of
course, this could be a load of crap that will come to nothing if the
law schools do not go along with the program. Time will tell.
