Sunday night about 5:30 Jorge Arbaiza, 61, stopped by a
McDonald's in Harris County, TX on North Fry Road. He went in to get
some happy meals for his grandchildren, who were in the car with his
wife. He didn't survive the excursion.
Two
groups of young people inside the restaurant had some sort of beef.
The beef got physical, then somebody pulled a gat and started throwing
lead. Arbaiza was collateral damage.
There
is pretty decent surveillance footage of the incident. In addition one
of the participants was wounded and a car involved has been recovered.
Several participants in the fight have been identified. The actual
shooter has yet to be identified.

Harris County will get the shooter. A lot of witnesses and video. Unless of course he went back to South of the border.
