The mint produced 232 set of three coins each. These
consist of one cent (technically they are NOT pennies, they are one-cent
pieces) from the Philadelphia mint, one cent from the Denver mint, and
one minted in gold. They are all marked with an OMEGA stamp on them
indicating clearly the end of the line.
The sets sold at auction for a total of $16.7 million.
