West Covina teachers Melody Lippert and Michelle Chirell get busted for showing some lucky boys a really good time
Melody Lippert, 38, and Michelle Chirelli, 30, both teachers – now ex-teachers - at South Hills High School in West Covina, California, sure know how to show some lucky boys a really good time.
Last November, Melody – what a sweet sounding name – got together at San Clemente State Beach with a group of boys from her school. The boys were doing the overnight camping trip thing. Melody gave the boys some alcohol and then had sex with one of them. She made plans with the students for a future encore performance.
Several weeks later, some of the same boys set up another camp at the beach. This time Melody brought along Michelle. Two boys in the group lucked out when they were chosen by their dedicated teachers for a demonstration of some hands-on sex education. Each fucked their chosen student and Michelle added a blow job to the demonstration.
Unfortunately for Melody and Michelle, this story did not have a happy ending. Some of the boys must have bragged about what a great time they had because the West Covina police notified the Orange County Sheriff’s Department about the sex education demonstration at the beach - San Clemente State Beach is under their jurisdiction. Alas, Melody and Michelle got busted Saturday.
Melody was jailed on $20,000 bond for conspiracy, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Michelle was jailed on $50,000 bond for oral copulation and unlawful sex with a minor. Both babes posted bail and are to appear in court for arraignment on Wednesday.
The camping trips were not school sponsored. Melody and Michelle have flushed their teaching careers down the toilet and are facing some serious slammer time.
Most of you will say the moral of this story is for teachers not to have sex with students. However, I say the moral of this story is: Boys keep your damn mouths shut!

Now that pot is legal in Colorado, marijuana aficionados are blowing up their homes cooking up batches of hash oil
While houses all over the country are exploding during the extraction of potent pot drops with flammable chemicals, usually butane, to produce hash oil, the problem seems to be most notable in Colorado since that state legalized pot two years ago. Those marijuana aficionados aren’t satisfied with just smoking a joint, they’ve got to have their more potent hash oil. And one mistake during the cooking process – poof – thee goes the house.
The cooking process involves butane fuel pumped through a tube packed with raw pot plants. That draws out the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), thereby producing a gold-colored highly potent concentrate of hash oil. Because the process often fills a room with butane vapors, an accidental spark can set off an explosion. There were 32 such explosions in Colorado last year, up from 12 the year before.
Colorado authorities want a law passed prohibiting the manufacture of hash oil, but lawyers say not so fast. Because the new law made it legal to grow, process, sell, and smoke pot, lawyers insist that the manufacture of homemade hash oil cannot be considered a crime.

Clint Eastwood’s film American Sniper has garnered six Academy Award nominations and has been a record breaking box office hit.
America-hating documentary filmmaker Michael Moore is not impressed. That’s putting it mildly because he has slammed the film for glorifying military snipers. As far as the strident gun control freak and capitalism-critic is concerned, snipers are cowards who will shoot you in the back.
Here is what Moore tweeted:
“My uncle killed by sniper in WW2. We were taught snipers were cowards. Will shoot u in the back. Snipers aren't heroes. And invaders r worse.”
“And invaders r worse” obviously refers to the American invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan.
Nicholas Irving, a former Ranger sergeant, had 33 confirmed kills as a sniper. For that he was known as “The Reaper.” Irving shot back at Moore, saying, "A lot of good guys and my friends died for his right to freedom of speech.” And Newt Gingrich said, "Michael Moore should spend a few weeks with ISIS and Boko Haram. Then he might appreciate American Sniper.”

Let’s see now, if the Stockton, California cops had not blocked the escape route of some bank robbers, bank employee Kelly Huber would not have been taken hostage and she would not have been accidentally shot by one of the robbers. Now that’s what I call creative thinking. But why stop there? Why not sue the cops for global warming as well?
Bob Walsh says the reason Huber is suing the city instead of the robbers, is that the city has deep pockets while the robbers don’t have shit. Besides, two of the robbers were killed during a final shootout with the police.

STOCKTON — An attorney representing one of the hostages taken in a bank robbery that led to a deadly shootout has filed an injury claim stemming from the case against the city of Stockton and the Stockton Police Department.
Attorney Michael J. Dyer filed the claim on behalf of Kelly Huber, one of three women who were taken hostage July 16 as three heavily armed gunmen fled from a Bank of the West branch on Thornton Road. The claim seeks upwards of $500,000 in damages.
A copy of the claim was mailed to The Record last week. The document indicates that a copy was mailed to the Police Department and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, but police and city officials were unable to confirm receipt of the claim over the weekend.
Dyer said the City Council now has 90 days to accept or reject the claim. If the claim is rejected, as Dyer anticipates, he would have up to six months to file a lawsuit.
“We wouldn’t wait,” he said. “We would file it the same week.”
Neither Officer Joe Silva, a spokesman for the Police Department, nor Connie Cochran, a spokeswoman for the city, would comment on the pending litigation.
The claim alleges that officers acted negligently and in violation of police procedures when they interrupted the robbery and engaged the gunmen, resulting in a pursuit that included a rolling gun battle and a final shootout. One of the hostages, 41-year-old Misty Holt-Singh, and two of the gunmen died in the shootout.
Huber, the bank manager, and another bank employee were thrown or jumped out of the getaway vehicle during the pursuit, authorities said. Dyer said one of the bank robbers who was later killed in the shootout accidentally shot Huber, who was driving as they fled from the bank.
“He said, ‘Oh, God, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to do that,’ ” Dyer said.
According to the claim, Huber sustained two gunshot wounds, one to each leg. The wounds caused severe injuries, including broken bones and tissue damage, resulting in disability, emotional distress, scarring, disfigurement and lost wages, Dyer said. Dyer indicated that Huber still is recovering from her injuries and is incurring wage losses.
“It is believed the total claim will exceed $500,000,” Dyer said. “This amount may adjust upward or downward depending on future circumstances.”
The claim further states: “The negligence and violation of procedures included but are not limited to: 1) confronting the robbers before they disengaged with (Huber) and other victims; 2) confronting the robbers without a plan for containment and communication; 3) failing to communicate with bank security, which had video cameras in and outside of the bank detailing the robbery in progress; 4) causing a chase to ensue with gunfire; 5) placing (Huber) in a more dangerous position upon confrontation by police.”
Dyer contends that the gunmen would not have taken hostages if police had not blocked the exit as they fled from the bank. Dyer noted that two of the gunmen had robbed the same bank before, saying that in the earlier robbery they fled in a vehicle belonging to a bank employee without taking hostages.
This time, they were holding Huber at gunpoint as they exited the bank, but Dyer believes they intended to let her go after she led them to her vehicle.
“It’s pretty standard procedure for police to hang back until the robbers leave the building and the employees and customers are out of harm’s ways before they attempt to approach them,” Dyer said. “In this case, a police car came up and blocked the exit as the robbers were leaving, and that caused them to take hostages. Once they knew the police were there, rather than just taking the car and taking off, they brought Ms. Huber back into the bank and grabbed Misty, the customer, and another bank employee, and we all know what happened after that.”
Dyer said Huber has been unable to return to work as she continues to recover from her injuries.
“She still walks with a cane,” Dyer said. “She had surgery to put metal screws, bolts and plates in her leg, so she still has a long way to go. Otherwise, she’s doing pretty well. Mentally, she’s doing very well considering the trauma. She’s been a longtime banker and this is not her first robbery. She’s had a gun put in her face a few times, by these same robbers, in fact.”

More than 300 demonstrators marched on the Capitol in support of the nation’s police
The deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner at the hands of white cops led hundreds of thousands ‘Black Lives Matter’ protesters to participate in anti-police demonstrations throughout the U.S., with some of those demonstrations still going on.
Right after the assassination of NYPD officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, three wives of DC cops, Kelly Wince, Bobbie Padgett and Rachel Bowman, used social media to organize a ‘Blue Lives Matter’ march and rally at the Capitol in support of the nation’s cops.
On Saturday more than 300 ‘Blue Lives Matter’ demonstrators marched in a sea of blue to the Capitol in support of the police. In addition to the “Blue Lives Matter” signs, some other signs read:
“We Are Part of the Blue Family”
“I Support My Man In Blue” (carried by women)
“Breathe Easy, Don’t Break the Law” (a reference to Garner’s ‘I can’t breathe’)
The protesters, many wearing blue t-shirts imprinted with ‘Blessed Are the Peacekeepers,’ marched from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to the steps of the Capitol where they held their rally. The demonstrators were addressed by a number of speakers. Andy Maybo, chairman of the National Memorial Committee of the Grand Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, said:
“This is a blue family reunion. Blue lives matter. It’s not about Ferguson. It’s about supporting law-enforcement as a whole. Law-enforcement needs to be recognized as those who are there to protect and serve. No matter what the situation,” Maybo told the crowd, “law enforcement will be there for you.”
It was great to see a large group of demonstrators supporting the police. Kelly Wince, Bobbie Padgett and Rachel Bowman are to be commended for organizing the rally. I just wish there had been more people participating in the pro-police demonstration, especially since an anti-police, Sharpton-led rally at the Capitol attracted hundreds of thousands.
As for me, I agree that black lives matter. But cops are not out to kill blacks! Instead, they protect the black community day in and day out. That’s why I feel blue lives matter even more!

POLICE DOG SHOWS INTEREST IN THE BIBLE’S BOOK OF DANIEL
A sniffer dog at Ohio’s Hamilton County jail hit on a heroin-laced bible mailed by a woman to an inmate
Ohio’s Hamilton County Justice Center uses a sniffer dog to detect drugs that may have been smuggled to the jail’s inmates. Last month the dog detected a heroin-laced bible that had been mailed to inmate Timothy King by a woman, Tehani Teepe.
The heroin was disguised as a half-dollar sized coffee stain on the ‘Book of Daniel’ title page (p. 420) of the bible. Lab tests revealed that the stain contained between 30 and 40 hits of heroin. If King had taken all of it at once, he probably would have croaked.
Teepe and King have been charged with illegal conveyance of contraband into a correction facility, a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.

Dear Attorney General Holder,
It is unlikely that we met while I served in the FBI. That being said, we served at the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the same years and on the same "team" conceptually speaking. During my service in the FBI I worked with a number of U.S. Attorney Offices in the United States to include a tour at FBIHQ where I worked with the Department of Justice (Main) on a daily basis.
I begin my letter with this comment to highlight that I am not a bystander on the topic of law enforcement in the United States. I worked and managed a variety of federal investigations during my 12 years of service in the FBI, to include the management of several Civil Rights cases in the State of Texas. In fact, during my last tour in the Bureau, I was an FBI Supervisor responsible for managing federal investigations in nine (9) Texas counties, many of which were rural; in places where one would suspect racism to flourish given the narrative often pushed by Hollywood and urban progressive elites like yourself. I performed this mission diligently and under the close supervision of two FBI managers; an Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) and Special Agent in Charge (SAC,) both of which happened to be African American and outstanding law enforcement professionals. I also performed this mission serving side by side with a variety of law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and local level.
I have observed you closely during your tenure as Attorney General and notably during these last tumultuous years; watching you negotiate a number of controversial public matters to include the ATF Fast and Furious scandal, Black Panther Party intimidation at voting booths, IRS targeting of American citizens (citizen groups opposed to the Obama Administration,) the ignoring of US Immigration laws, DOJ criminal indictments of select news reporters and your management of several high profile criminal investigations involving subjects of race, notably African Americans.
Until today, I chose to hold my tongue. However, with the assassination of two NYPD officers last weekend in New York City, at the hands of a African American man with a lengthy criminal record, fresh from his participation in anti-police activities; coupled with numerous "don't shoot, hands up," and "black lives matter" anti-police protests (some of which are violent) occurring daily around the nation, I am compelled to write you this letter.
To be blunt Mr. Holder, I am appalled at your lack of leadership as the Attorney General of the United States and your blatant politicizing of the Department of Justice. Your actions, both publicly and privately, have done nothing to quell the complex racial issues we face in our country and have done everything to inflame them. As the "top cop" of the United States, you share in the blame for much of the violence and protests we are now witnessing against law enforcement officers honorably serving throughout our nation.
During one of your first public speeches as Attorney General you made it a point to call America "a nation of cowards" concerning race relations. That speech, followed by other public announcements where you emphatically opined that the odds were stacked against African Americans in regard to the enforcement of law, your intention to change the law and permit convicted felons to vote after incarceration, and your changes to federal law ending "racial profiling," are poignant examples of how detached you remain from the challenges faced by law enforcement officers serving in crime ridden neighborhoods throughout the nation. These opinions are also indicative of a man that lives and works in the elitist "bubble" of Washington D.C.
Your performance, as the nation's Attorney General, during the Trayvon Martin case in Sanford, Florida and the Michael Brown case in Ferguson, Missouri clearly highlights your myopic view on this topic. Contrary to your embarrassing prejudgment in the Brown case and evasive post trial remarks on the Martin case, neither Brown nor Martin were targeted and/or killed because of their African American race. Following the Michael Brown case Grand Jury decision all you could muster was the following comment:
"The Department of Justice is currently investigating not only the shooting but also the Ferguson police department in what is called a "patterns and practices" inquiry to determine if the police department has engaged in systematic racism."
So, let's get this straight. At a decisive moment in history when our nation required a strong and unbiased voice from its' senior law enforcement official, you Mr. Holder, made it your personal mission to join with other racial antagonist and politicize a tragic event, accusing a young white police officer of a racially motivated killing in what we now know was a justified self-defense shooting of a predatory felon.
Your behavior is unbelievable. You sir, have sacrificed your integrity on the altar of political expediency. You, Mr. Holder, are the "coward" and hypocrite you so loudly denounce when speaking of broken race relations in America.
Further to this point Mr. Holder, law enforcement officers around the country remain dismayed and shocked at the counsel you keep; that being your close relationship with none other than Al Sharpton, a racist "shake down artist" who spreads hate, divisiveness and the promotion of anti-law enforcement sentiment throughout the country; a tax evading fraudster who has unbelievably visited the White House over 80 times in recent years. It is simply beyond my comprehension as a former federal law enforcement professional, that you, the Attorney General of the United States, joined arms in common cause with a charlatan like "the Reverend" Al Sharpton; and it speaks volumes to your personal character and lack of professional judgment.
Violent crime, out of wedlock births, drug abuse, rampant unemployment and poverty found in many low-income minority neighborhoods are not a result of racist community policing and racial profiling as you so quickly assert, and frankly most law abiding Americans are exhausted of hearing this false narrative repeated time and again by you and others in the racial grievance industry. While no one, me included, would ever suggest that African Americans have not suffered from institutional racism in the past, I would strongly argue that we no longer live in the Mississippi of 1965, nor do we live in a country that even closely resembles the "Jim Crow" South of yesteryear. Those days, thankfully, are in the past as are the generations of Americans that supported such egregious behavior and endured such suffering.
Rather, Mr. Holder, we live in a day and time where the root cause of many problems faced in our African American communities can be attributed to the breakdown of civil order due to the rejection of institutional and family authority and the practice of counter-culture values; and most notably, from the absence of strong male leadership in fatherless black families. The reason that our local police officers are so often entwined in tragic events in black communities is because it is the police that have filled the void in these communities that should be occupied by moral and strong black men leading family units with Godly values. You, Mr. Holder, especially, should be thanking the police rather than persecuting them for the gap they fill in these communities because if it were not for the intervention of local police many African American neighborhoods would be in a state of total anarchy.
Yet tragically, you and your race-baiting colleague Al Sharpton (a paid media personality under contract with MSNBC news) choose to remain silent because to publicly speak this self-evident truth threatens to not only alienate and offend the most loyal voting constituency of the Democratic Party but diminish your and Al Sharpton's self-serving power base in these suffering communities. God forbid that you would suggest individual citizens accept responsibility for their own behavior and the collective failure of their communities; it is so much easier for you and others like you to make excuses, play the victim card, and pander rather than address the real root causes that plague many low income neighborhoods.
Mr. Holder, the public is aware of FBI statistics that tell a different story than the one you and Sharpton preach. We know that young African American males, representing a tiny fraction of the U.S. population, are by far the greatest perpetrators of violent crime in America when compared to their peers in other ethnic groups, and, we know that citizens of African American descent overwhelmingly make up the majority of their victims. We also know that incidents where white police officers shoot and kill black perpetrators are rare and on the decline. We know further that although there are legitimate and bona fide Federal Civil Rights investigations in the United States worthy of pursuing, they are miniscule when compared to the false narrative portrayed by you, President Obama and Sharpton declaring rampant discrimination against African American men by police officers throughout the country. You are just plain wrong.
In closing Mr. Holder I will leave you with this thought; you were given a rare opportunity to lead with integrity during a variety of divisive and controversial issues during your tenure as the 82d Attorney General of the United States and rather than be a man of moral courage you chose instead to cower, further inflame racial tensions, advance false narratives and play progressive political activist.
Time and again you chose to "politicize" the mission of the Department of Justice rather than pursue justice and now, tragically, we are witnessing the fruits of your irresponsible behavior in the murder of two innocent police officers in New York City, assassinated by a man motivated by the flames of racial hatred that you personally fanned. How many more police officers will be injured or die in the coming days because of the perilous conditions you helped create in this nation. You, President Obama and Al Sharpton own this problem lock, stock and barrel and now it is your legacy.

During my service in the FBI I worked with a number of U.S. Attorney Offices in the United States to include a tour at FBIHQ where I worked with the Department of Justice (Main) on a daily basis.
I begin my letter with this comment to highlight that I am not a bystander on the topic of law enforcement in the United States. I worked and managed a variety of federal investigations during my 12 years of service in the FBI, to include the management of several Civil Rights cases in the State of Texas. In fact, during my last tour in the Bureau, I was an FBI Supervisor responsible for managing federal investigations in nine (9) Texas counties, many of which were rural; in places where one would suspect racism to flourish given the narrative often pushed by Hollywood and urban progressive elites like yourself. I performed this mission diligently and under the close supervision of two FBI managers; an Assistant Special Agent in Charge (ASAC) and Special Agent in Charge (SAC,) both of which happened to be African American and outstanding law enforcement professionals. I also performed this mission serving side by side with a variety of law enforcement agencies at the Federal, State and local level.
I have observed you closely during your tenure as Attorney General and notably during these last tumultuous years; watching you negotiate a number of controversial public matters to include the ATF Fast and Furious scandal, Black Panther Party intimidation at voting booths, IRS targeting of American citizens (citizen groups opposed to the Obama Administration,) the ignoring of US Immigration laws, DOJ criminal indictments of select news reporters and your management of several high profile criminal investigations involving subjects of race, notably African Americans.
Until today, I chose to hold my tongue. However, with the assassination of two NYPD officers last weekend in New York City, at the hands of a African American man with a lengthy criminal record, fresh from his participation in anti-police activities; coupled with numerous "don't shoot, hands up," and "black lives matter" anti-police protests (some of which are violent) occurring daily around the nation, I am compelled to write you this letter.
To be blunt Mr. Holder, I am appalled at your lack of leadership as the Attorney General of the United States and your blatant politicizing of the Department of Justice. Your actions, both publicly and privately, have done nothing to quell the complex racial issues we face in our country and have done everything to inflame them. As the "top cop" of the United States, you share in the blame for much of the violence and protests we are now witnessing against law enforcement officers honorably serving throughout our nation.
During one of your first public speeches as Attorney General you made it a point to call America "a nation of cowards" concerning race relations. That speech, followed by other public announcements where you emphatically opined that the odds were stacked against African Americans in regard to the enforcement of law, your intention to change the law and permit convicted felons to vote after incarceration, and your changes to federal law ending "racial profiling," are poignant examples of how detached you remain from the challenges faced by law enforcement officers serving in crime ridden neighborhoods throughout the nation. These opinions are also indicative of a man that lives and works in the elitist "bubble" of Washington D.C.
Your performance, as the nation's Attorney General, during the Trayvon Martin case in Sanford, Florida and the Michael Brown case in Ferguson, Missouri clearly highlights your myopic view on this topic. When the skeletal remains of Hollywood screenwriter Gary Devore were found strapped into his Ford Explorer submerged beneath the California Aqueduct in 1998 it brought an end to one of America's most high profile missing person cases.
The fact that Devore was on his way to deliver a film script that promised to explain the 'real reason' why the US invaded Panama, has long given rise to a slew of conspiracies surrounding the nature of his 'accidental' death.
It didn't help that Devore's hands were missing from the crash scene, along with the script, and that investigators could offer no plausible explanation as to how a car could leave the highway and end up in the position it was found a year after he disappeared.
Now the Daily Mail can exclusively reveal that Devore was working with the CIA in Panama and even a White House source concedes his mysterious death bears all the hallmarks of a cover-up.
The findings, published in a new documentary The Writer With No Hands, are the first testimonies ever aired that give credence to the theories that surrounded the case in the late 90s.
Chillingly, the British research team - which was warned to drop the investigation by a Department of Defense contractor - has also secured testimony from the coroner which reveals the human hands said to be recovered from Devore's car were in fact around 200 years old.
'Someone in authority lied. Or made a shocking error,' producer Dr Matthew Alford tells DailyMail.com.
'There could be an innocent explanation for the hands but it is as extraordinary as the conspiracy theory and very suspicious.'
Devore, who wrote Dogs Of War, Raw Deal and Time Cop, had been working on his directorial debut: The Big Steal.
Once a truck driver, he had made a successful career shift into Hollywood. He was a friend to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tommy Lee Jones's best man, and ex-boyfriend of Janet Jackson.
The Big Steal, he told friends, would be 'the hardest hitting film studios have ever seen', featuring 'disturbing details' about the US invasion of Panama.
The first draft of the script, shown exclusively to the Daily Mail, tells the story of American operatives robbing a Panamanian bank to cover up for 'something much more serious'.
One line reads: 'With good natured suspicion, Romos speculates on US intent. All this to pick up Noriega?'
Another: 'It sounds like the Pentagon planned the bank robbery and the war is just a diversion.'
Devore's research for the end product included an article from London's now defunct Sunday Correspondent alleging dictator General Manuel Noriega had compiled a stash of sex tapes featuring top-ranking US officials.
Noriega, the article explains, ran a well-known 'honey trap': inviting diplomats to his home filled with alcohol, drugs, beautiful women, and beautiful men - and covertly filming their antics.
After years of research, Dr Alford suggests the film may have implied the invasion was nothing more than a diversion that would allow the US into Panama to steal back incriminating photos of senior US officials that Noriega could have used as blackmail.
According to Devore's widow Wendy, there was a constant stream of phone calls from CIA officials in the month leading up to Devore's death.
She told DailyMail.com: 'When we first married he told me he got a lot of calls from government agencies. He told me to ignore it, so I did. If the phone rang, I could take a message or say he was out, but not to speak to them really.
'We had a few at first, then not very many. Then in the last month one man was calling all the time.
'He was dealing in things that you're not necessarily supposed to deal in.
'I found out a lot of people in Hollywood had these connections with the CIA and knew things that will never be made public.
'After he disappeared, things just didn't add up.
'It's very easy to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but when you're married to someone you know little things about them that seem insignificant but are actually crucial. I know there are things that don't add up.'
The CIA declined to comment.
However, a former White House official from the Regan/George HW Bush era has now confirmed to documentary producer Dr Matthew Alford, that Devore harbored a deep-rooted relationship with the agency and traveled with officials to Central American companies including Panama. Documents also reveal the relationship was investigated by the FBI.
Speaking on camera, he concedes the case has the hallmarks of a cover-up.
Devore's widow, who has since looked into the allegations, said she has discovered Gary traveled to Panama with a senior CIA official when he had said he was going to a location with his production team.
Wendy told DailyMail.com: 'I think the information that I have learned since he disappeared has pointed very strongly to the fact that he had another life and it points to the intelligence community certainly.
'I was never told about it beforehand because I think it was another method of keeping me safe and keeping me from asking questions.
'He told me he was going on location 'reckies'. I think sometimes he was but I have since found out he often wasn't with the crews he said he was.
'He went away a lot with members of the CIA special ops. They went to Panama together.'
On the night of his disappearance, Devore, aged 55, had gone to the Santa Fe home of his friend and long-time collaborator, actress Marsha Mason, on June 27, 1997, to finish the final draft of the script, carrying all his research on his Toshiba laptop.
He called Wendy late that night to say he had finished and was driving home with the finished piece.
At 1.15am, he said he was around four hours away and might stop at a motel to polish the script. Wendy told him to come home because he had a party planned for the next day to watch Mike Tyson's notorious fight against Evan Holyfield. That was the last contact anybody had with Devore.
Within a week of his disappearance, men from the FBI, CIA, NSA and DOD arrived at the couple's Santa Barbara home.
After an official went into his office, the computer was wiped of information. Devore's remaining research material disappeared during this period.
A search team spent a year tracking Devore's gas station stops and cell phone signal. They pinpointed his route on the Highway 14 south of the Mojave desert, and all the land around that route.
Finally, an amateur detective Douglas Crawford had a 'hunch' that he could be under the California Aqueduct, as that was the location of another recent death.
Although it had already been searched by helicopters and people on the ground, he was right: Devore was there.
When Devore's car was found, his Toshiba laptop was not in the car, nor was his gun or ammunition which had been under the seat.
Crawford refused DailyMail.com's request for a comment on this investigation.
A police report stated Devore had evidently driven off the aqueduct, which Dr Alford disputes.
'Newspapers speculated that Gary stopped for a break and then got back on the freeway travelling the wrong direction. However, to do this, Gary would have needed to have ignored 'Do Not Enter' signs and driven over two miles the wrong way on the freeway without realizing.
'Despite the crash happening at night and there being no lighting on the freeway, Gary's car headlights were found in the "OFF" position. I consequently tried driving like this and it's horrific and impossible.
'Gary had worked as a professional long haul driver, so friends and family do not believe he would have done anything daft on the road, even if he was tired.'
Wendy, whose request to read the confidential police files was refused, agrees.
'There are things that don't add up,' she said. 'When he called me the last time he sounded strange and agitated.
'When they found him in that aqueduct, which had been searched already by the way, he was wearing a seat belt with his wallet in his back pocket.
'Ask anyone who knew Gary: he never wore seat belts, and truck drivers never drive with their wallet in their back pocket.'
For 18 years Wendy has been calling to see the confidential reports done on her husband's disappearance, and broadcasting her belief that the CIA had a hand in it.
The agency is openly cooperative with Hollywood: in 1996, the role of Entertainment Liaison Officer was created to provide filmmakers with factual advice and authentic props.
Chase Brandon, a CIA operative who was a special operative in Panama for 25 years (and Tommy Lee Jones's cousin), was appointed.
The agency does not deny that, before Brandon's appointment, filmmakers gathered research on CIA language, style, systems, and even operations on an unofficial basis.
Indeed, Tricia Jenkins, author of The CIA In Hollywood, told DailyMail.com she has recently acquired new evidence showing how the CIA worked off-the-books to influence Hollywood scripts to an extent never previously known.
She said: 'In this documentation, concerning one major Hollywood movie, it is clear that the CIA functioned as the principle partner in shaping the original script and its influence exceeded that which would have been filled by an aggressive producer or studio executive.'
Devore's meetings however were 'beyond anything that could be considered normal for a screenwriter,' Alford says.
One of Hollywood's top private investigators Don Crutchfield, hired by Wendy Devore in 1997, attributes immense importance to the script.

Devore, who wrote Dogs Of War, Raw Deal and Time Cop, had been working on his directorial debut: The Big Steal.
Once a truck driver, he had made a successful career shift into Hollywood. He was a friend to Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tommy Lee Jones's best man, and ex-boyfriend of Janet Jackson.
The Big Steal, he told friends, would be 'the hardest hitting film studios have ever seen', featuring 'disturbing details' about the US invasion of Panama.
The first draft of the script, shown exclusively to the Daily Mail, tells the story of American operatives robbing a Panamanian bank to cover up for 'something much more serious'.
One line reads: 'With good natured suspicion, Romos speculates on US intent. All this to pick up Noriega?'
Another: 'It sounds like the Pentagon planned the bank robbery and the war is just a diversion.'
Devore's research for the end product included an article from London's now defunct Sunday Correspondent alleging dictator General Manuel Noriega had compiled a stash of sex tapes featuring top-ranking US officials.
Noriega, the article explains, ran a well-known 'honey trap': inviting diplomats to his home filled with alcohol, drugs, beautiful women, and beautiful men - and covertly filming their antics.
After years of research, Dr Alford suggests the film may have implied the invasion was nothing more than a diversion that would allow the US into Panama to steal back incriminating photos of senior US officials that Noriega could have used as blackmail.
According to Devore's widow Wendy, there was a constant stream of phone calls from CIA officials in the month leading up to Devore's death.
She told DailyMail.com: 'When we first married he told me he got a lot of calls from government agencies. He told me to ignore it, so I did. If the phone rang, I could take a message or say he was out, but not to speak to them really.
'We had a few at first, then not very many. Then in the last month one man was calling all the time.
'He was dealing in things that you're not necessarily supposed to deal in.
'I found out a lot of people in Hollywood had these connections with the CIA and knew things that will never be made public.
'After he disappeared, things just didn't add up.
'It's very easy to sound like a conspiracy theorist, but when you're married to someone you know little things about them that seem insignificant but are actually crucial. I know there are things that don't add up.'
The CIA declined to comment.
However, a former White House official from the Regan/George HW Bush era has now confirmed to documentary producer Dr Matthew Alford, that Devore harbored a deep-rooted relationship with the agency and traveled with officials to Central American companies including Panama. Documents also reveal the relationship was investigated by the FBI.
Speaking on camera, he concedes the case has the hallmarks of a cover-up.
Devore's widow, who has since looked into the allegations, said she has discovered Gary traveled to Panama with a senior CIA official when he had said he was going to a location with his production team.
Wendy told DailyMail.com: 'I think the information that I have learned since he disappeared has pointed very strongly to the fact that he had another life and it points to the intelligence community certainly.
'I was never told about it beforehand because I think it was another method of keeping me safe and keeping me from asking questions.
'He told me he was going on location 'reckies'. I think sometimes he was but I have since found out he often wasn't with the crews he said he was.
'He went away a lot with members of the CIA special ops. They went to Panama together.'
On the night of his disappearance, Devore, aged 55, had gone to the Santa Fe home of his friend and long-time collaborator, actress Marsha Mason, on June 27, 1997, to finish the final draft of the script, carrying all his research on his Toshiba laptop.
He called Wendy late that night to say he had finished and was driving home with the finished piece.
At 1.15am, he said he was around four hours away and might stop at a motel to polish the script. Wendy told him to come home because he had a party planned for the next day to watch Mike Tyson's notorious fight against Evan Holyfield. That was the last contact anybody had with Devore.
Within a week of his disappearance, men from the FBI, CIA, NSA and DOD arrived at the couple's Santa Barbara home.
After an official went into his office, the computer was wiped of information. Devore's remaining research material disappeared during this period.
A search team spent a year tracking Devore's gas station stops and cell phone signal. They pinpointed his route on the Highway 14 south of the Mojave desert, and all the land around that route.
Finally, an amateur detective Douglas Crawford had a 'hunch' that he could be under the California Aqueduct, as that was the location of another recent death.
Although it had already been searched by helicopters and people on the ground, he was right: Devore was there.
When Devore's car was found, his Toshiba laptop was not in the car, nor was his gun or ammunition which had been under the seat.
Crawford refused DailyMail.com's request for a comment on this investigation.
A police report stated Devore had evidently driven off the aqueduct, which Dr Alford disputes.
'Newspapers speculated that Gary stopped for a break and then got back on the freeway travelling the wrong direction. However, to do this, Gary would have needed to have ignored 'Do Not Enter' signs and driven over two miles the wrong way on the freeway without realizing.
'Despite the crash happening at night and there being no lighting on the freeway, Gary's car headlights were found in the "OFF" position. I consequently tried driving like this and it's horrific and impossible.
'Gary had worked as a professional long haul driver, so friends and family do not believe he would have done anything daft on the road, even if he was tired.'
Wendy, whose request to read the confidential police files was refused, agrees.
'There are things that don't add up,' she said. 'When he called me the last time he sounded strange and agitated.
'When they found him in that aqueduct, which had been searched already by the way, he was wearing a seat belt with his wallet in his back pocket.
'Ask anyone who knew Gary: he never wore seat belts, and truck drivers never drive with their wallet in their back pocket.'
For 18 years Wendy has been calling to see the confidential reports done on her husband's disappearance, and broadcasting her belief that the CIA had a hand in it.
The agency is openly cooperative with Hollywood: in 1996, the role of Entertainment Liaison Officer was created to provide filmmakers with factual advice and authentic props.
Chase Brandon, a CIA operative who was a special operative in Panama for 25 years (and Tommy Lee Jones's cousin), was appointed.
The agency does not deny that, before Brandon's appointment, filmmakers gathered research on CIA language, style, systems, and even operations on an unofficial basis.
Indeed, Tricia Jenkins, author of The CIA In Hollywood, told DailyMail.com she has recently acquired new evidence showing how the CIA worked off-the-books to influence Hollywood scripts to an extent never previously known.
She said: 'In this documentation, concerning one major Hollywood movie, it is clear that the CIA functioned as the principle partner in shaping the original script and its influence exceeded that which would have been filled by an aggressive producer or studio executive.'
Devore's meetings however were 'beyond anything that could be considered normal for a screenwriter,' Alford says.
One of Hollywood's top private investigators Don Crutchfield, hired by Wendy Devore in 1997, attributes immense importance to the script.
'If I had that script in my hand, I could tell you what happened to Gary Devore,' said Crutchfield, who has worked for Michael Jackson and The Beatles after working as a bodyguard for Marlon Brando and Frank Sinatra.

In his last minute appeal, the U.S. Supreme Court rejected the argument that the botched execution of Clayton Lockett on April 29, 2014 proved that Oklahoma’s three-drug lethal cocktail would subject Warner to agonizing pain, thereby violating his constitutional protection against cruel and unusual punishment. The four liberal Justices voted to stop the execution.
After Warner had been strapped down on the death chamber gurney, the execution began with a saline drip through the IV line. At that point Warner screamed “My body is on fire … it feels like acid.” His theatrics occurred before any of the lethal drugs were even administered.
When the injection of the first drug – midazolam – began, Warner repeated “My body is on fire” before dozing off. He was pronounced dead 18 minutes after the execution began.
It is believed that Warner’s theatrics were designed to help the appeals of those remaining on Oklahoma’s death row. Rex Duncan, an Oklahoma prosecutor, said, “I think what you witnessed is predictable, especially if it could be helpful to the guys behind him.”
On the same day, the State of Florida executed Johnny Shane Kormondy, 42, for the 1993 murder of a man during a home invasion robbery. Florida uses the same three-drug lethal cocktail as Oklahoma. That execution went off without a hitch and with no theatrics by Kormondy.
As for the Oscar winning Warner, it seems to me that for raping and murdering an 11-month-old baby girl, a dose of acid to make his body feel on fire would have been a befitting end to that worthless piece of shit.

ARIZONA STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PASS A CIVICS TEST TO GRADUATE FROM HIGH SCHOOL
A new Arizona law requiring all high school students to pass a civics test before they can graduate will become effective at the start of the new school year in 2016
A new law goes into effect at the start of the new school year in 2016 which requires that all Arizona students must pass a 100 question civics test in order to graduate from high school. To pass, they must get at least 60 of the multiple-choice questions right. The test is similar to the tests given to immigrants applying for U.S. citizenship. Several other states are in the process of passing laws similar to the Arizona law.
I have long complained about the dropping of courses like civics and geography from the high school curriculum in order to accommodate courses in diversity and multi-culturalism. This test will force schools to reestablish courses like civics and geography.
Here is a sample of 10 questions from the Arizona test:

Ismael "El Mayo" Zambada and two of his sons are among five dozen people charged in 14 indictments. Another son has pleaded guilty in the same investigation, which began in 2011 by targeting a small drug-dealing ring in the San Diego suburbs of Chula Vista and National City and reached top leaders through the use of more than 200 wiretaps.
So far, 117 people have been charged in the investigation, which alleges the cartel smuggled Mexican methamphetamine and marijuana, as well as South American cocaine and heroin, across the U.S. border.
The elder Zambada, who is at-large, was a key target for U.S. and Mexican authorities well before last year's arrest in Mexico of Sinaloa cartel kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. Zambada was charged in two other U.S. cases in 2009 filed in Chicago and Brooklyn, New York. Adam Braverman, an assistant U.S. attorney, said he is charged elsewhere in the country in cases filed under seal.
"We know for sure that Mayo is recognized as a leader. But it's hard for him to run day-to-day operations because he's definitely on the run. He's moving from place to place," said William Sherman, special agent in charge of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in San Diego.
U.S. authorities said the elder Zambada is 64 years old and has four sons, including three who were charged in the San Diego investigation. Zambada is charged with continuing a criminal enterprise, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison, and multiple counts of conspiracy. The indictment was filed under seal in July.
Ismael Zambada Imperial, who has been in Mexican custody since his November arrest, is said by U.S. authorities to be 30 years old and responsible for smuggling cocaine across the U.S. border and laundering money. Ismael Zambada Sicairos, who is at-large, is said to be 32 years old and responsible for making methamphetamine in Mexico, smuggling it across the U.S. border and money laundering.
Serafin Zambada pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges last year in San Diego after his arrest at a Nogales, Arizona, border crossing. Vicente Zambada pleaded guilty to drug trafficking charges in Chicago in 2013.
The Sinaloa cartel, long one of Mexico's most powerful, has extended its grip in recent years to Tijuana, across the border from San Diego, defeating a longtime rival family.
U.S. authorities say the Sinaloa cartel used its new stronghold to orchestrate a surge of cheap methamphetamine into the country. U.S. inspectors seized 23,335 pounds of the drug at border crossings with Mexico in the 2014 fiscal year, more than double the 10,106 pounds discovered three years earlier. More than 63 percent seized last year at Mexico crossings was in California.
Those indicted are "family members and people that were being groomed to take over all future operations of the cartel," said the DEA's Sherman.
They include Alfonso Arzate, known as "Achilles," who is described by U.S. and Mexican authorities as a major figure in Tijuana, and his younger brother, Rene Arzate, who is known as "The Frog." Braverman said it is the first time the brothers have been charged in the U.S. Both men are at-large.

ROXANNE RIMER: BEST WOMAN DRIVER OF THE DECADE
Steals cop car and drives it 10 miles with hands cuffed behind her back, attaining a speed of 120 mph
This is one for the books. Roxanne Rimer, 27, got caught shoplifting Wednesday at a Kohl’s store in Center Township, Pennsylvania. She shoved a store security guard and escaped to the parking lot where her grandfather and mother were parked. She got into a fight with her mother and grandfather because he refused to drive away. She managed to get into the front seat and hit the gas pedal. That caused the car to travel a short distance over a hill. The cops arrived and busted Roxanne, placing her into the back of a Center Township cop car.
Now this is where the story gets really good. While the cops were outside the car interviewing witnesses, Roxanne, her hands cuffed behind her back, somehow managed to break through the plexiglass shield and get into the front of the cop car. (It is believed the shield was not latched.) Then she was able to put the car in gear … and off she went. She hit another Center Township cop car and also her grandfather’ car. Then she went on her merry way through several Pittsburgh suburbs, steering the car with her body and at times going over 120 mph with the cops in hot pursuit.
Roxanne managed to ditch the pursuing police. At one point she stopped, got out of the cops car and asked a pedestrian to drive the stolen patrol car for her. When he refused, she got back in and took off again until she wrecked the car more than ten miles from where she stole it. She then managed to hitch a ride with some guy, her hands still cuffed behind her back. Roxanne was either pushed or jumped out of the car in West Aliquippa. She then started to run with her hands still cuffed behind her back, but was caught by cops who spotted her. When the arresting cops searched Roxanne, they found some hypodermic needles in her possession.
Roxanne is facing numerous charges. After her arrest in West Aliquippa, she told reporters that she did not remember anything after being placed in the back of the patrol car.
For driving a car at 120 mph while steering it with her body, Roxanne is awarded the title of ‘Best Woman Driver of the Decade.’ When she gets out of jail, NASCAR might want to sign her up.

January 16 is the nine-year anniversary of the beginning of the Ilan Halimi disaster.
On January 16, 2006, Sorour Arbabzadeh, the seductress from the Muslim anti-Jewish kidnapping gang led by Youssouf Fofana, entered the cellphone store where Halimi worked and set the honey trap.
Four days later, Halimi met Arbabzadeh for a drink at a working class bar and agreed to walk her home. She walked him straight into an ambush. Her comrades beat him, bound him and threw him into the trunk of their car.
They brought Halimi to a slum apartment and tortured him for 24 days and 24 nights before dumping him, handcuffed, naked, stabbed and suffering from third degree burns over two-thirds of his body, at a railway siding in Paris.
He died a few hours later in the hospital.
In an impassioned address to the French parliament on Tuesday, Prime Minister Manuel Valls gave a stirring denunciation of anti-Semitism, and demanded that his people stop treating it as someone else’s problem.
In his words, “Since Ilan Halimi in 2006... anti-Semitic acts in France have grown to an intolerable degree. The words, the insults, the gestures, the shameful attacks... did not produce the national outrage that our Jewish compatriots expected.”
Valls insisted that France needs to protect its Jewish community, lest France itself be destroyed.
“Without its Jews France would not be France, this is the message we have to communicate loud and clear. We haven’t done so. We haven’t shown enough outrage. How can we accept that in certain schools and colleges the Holocaust can’t be taught? How can we accept that when a child is asked, ‘Who is your enemy?’ the response is ‘The Jew?’ When the Jews of France are attacked France is attacked, the conscience of humanity is attacked. Let us never forget it.”
Valls words were uplifting. But it is hard to see how they change the basic reality that the Jews of France face.
When all is said and done, it is their necks on the line while humanity’s conscience is merely troubled.
Ilan Halimi’s case is more or less a textbook case of the impossible reality French Jewry faces. And, as Valls noted, the situation has only gotten worse in the intervening nine years. Much worse.
But back when things were much better, Ilan Halimi was kidnapped, tortured for 24 days and murdered. As Tablet online magazine’s Marc Weitzmann reported last September in an in-depth summary of ordeal, the gang that perpetrated the atrocity had been hunting for Jewish victims for several weeks before Arbabzadeh set her trap for Halimi. All their previous attempts had failed. Their previous marks included Jewish doctors, lawyers, television directors and human rights activists, as well as Jews of no particular distinction aside from the fact that they were Jews.
The anti-Jewish nature of the gang was clear from its chosen victims. The anti-Semitic nature of their atrocious crime against Halimi was obvious from the first time they contacted his mother, Ruth Halimi, demanding ransom for his release. They made anti-Jewish slurs in all their communications with her.
And as she heard her son's tortured cries in the background, Ruth was subjected to his torturers’ recitation of Koranic verses.
And yet, throughout the period of his captivity, French authorities refused to consider the anti-Jewish nature of the crime, and as a result, refused to treat the case as life threatening or urgent.
The same attitude continued well after Halimi was found. As Weitzmann noted, the investigative magistrate insisted “There isn’t a single element to allow one to attach this murder to an anti-Semitic purpose or an anti-Semitic act.”
The denial went on through the 2009 trials of the 29 kidnappers and their accomplices. Anti-Semitism was listed as an aggravating circumstance of the crime – and as such, a cause for harsher sentencing – only for the gang leader Fofana. And in the end, even for him, the judges did not take it into account at sentencing.
As for those 29 kidnappers and accomplices, as Weitzmann notes, each one of them had a circle of friends and family.
As a consequence, by a one reporters’ conservative estimate, at least 50 people were aware of the crime and where Halimi was being held, while he was being held. And not one of them called the police. Not one of them felt moved to make a call that could save the life of a Jew.
After the fact, the media in France were happy to publish articles by the torturers’ defense lawyers insisting, “Only people motivated by ‘political reasons’ would try to sell the opinion that anti-Semitism is eating away at French society.”
When the Halimi family lawyer boasted of close ties to the government and announced he would appeal the sentences of the perpetrators if he didn’t think their punishments were sufficient, the French media eagerly shifted the conversation from the torture and murder of a Parisian who just happened to be a Jew by a band of sadists who just happened to be Muslims, to the more comfortable narrative of the Jewish lobby and Jewish power. So, too, when Halimi, and six years later when the three children and the rabbi massacred at Otzar Hatorah Jewish day school in Toulouse, were brought to Israel for burial, the media reported their decision in a negative way hinting that it was evidence of the basic disloyalty, or otherness of the Jews of France.
In other words, what Halimi’s murder exposed is that anti-Semitism in France is systemic. Muslims are the main perpetrators of violence. And they operate in social environments that are at a minimum indifferent to Jewish suffering and victimization. This violence and indifference is abetted by non-Islamic elites. French authorities minimize the unique threat Jews face. And the media are happy to ignore the issue, or when given the slightest opportunity, to claim that the Jews are responsible for their own victimization.
Indeed, in live reports from the scene of the hostage taking at the kosher supermarket in Paris last week, Weitzmann noted that in the early hours of the attack, French media failed to mention that the hostages were Jews.
Under these circumstances, where the entire French system is stacked against them, what can be done for French Jewry? What can they do for themselves? It is far from clear that France is capable of correcting its downward trajectory.
Demography is moving France in a different direction. According to Israeli political scientist Guy Bechor, Marseilles will be the first Western European city with a Muslim majority. The ruling Socialists owe their victory to the Muslim vote. It is hard to see French President François Hollande and his comrades taking actions that could anger that constituency which votes as a bloc.
Moreover, anti-Semitism in all its forms is manifested throughout French society. For instance, the prosecutor in the Halimi murder trial is the son of a French Nazi collaborator and according to Weitzmann, spent an inordinate amount of the trial trying to understand the perpetrators.
Then there is the Israel issue. Valls has distinguished himself from his colleagues for his willingness to acknowledge that anti-Zionism is anti-Semitism.
But his is a voice in the wilderness. The overwhelming sentiment of the French elites is hostility toward Israel.
This sentiment was manifested in Hollande’s treatment of Israel, and through it of the French Jewish community, in the aftermath of the supermarket massacre last Friday.
Hollande told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu not to attend the anti-terror march in Paris on Sunday, claiming that Netanyahu’s presence would detract from the message of unity against terrorism that he hoped the march would communicate.
The underlying assumption of Hollande’s message is deeply disturbing.
That assumption is that anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism and is not, as a result, evil. The subtext is that the murder of Jews by Islamic terrorists who seek Israel’s destruction is similarly not a crime deserving of the same condemnation as the jihadist murder of French journalists.
Netanyahu rightly ignored Hollande’s request that he not attend. And for this move he was subjected to harsh criticism by the French media which accused him of crashing the party and pushing himself onto center stage against the wishes of his unwilling hosts.
Their criticism was then parroted by the Israeli media that studiously ignored the endemic anti-Israel hostility of the French media and the anti-Israel policies of the Hollande government. The Hebrew media, together with Hatnua leader Tzipi Livni, also ferociously attacked Netanyahu as well as Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman and Economy Minister Naftali Bennett for upsetting French sensibilities by calling on French Jewry to make aliya, ascend to the Holy Land.
But aliya is the key for contending with the increasing danger that the Jews of France face from the systemic nature of French anti-Semitism. This is true first of all because as France makes it clear that it is not a warm home for its Jews, Israel is a better option. Israel exists so that Jews always will have a better option than suffering at the hands of hostile non-Jews.
Speaking of aliya is also essential because so far the only thing that has caused French authorities to speak directly against anti-Semitism and take action to defend French Jewry has been the prospect of a mass exodus of their Jews.
The year 2014 saw a 50 percent increase in French aliya. And the Jewish Agency anticipates that that number will double to 15,000 in 2015, with 50,000 more not far behind.
After Ilan Halimi was murdered, out of fear of upsetting the French, no Israeli leader, including then-foreign minister Livni, uttered a word of condemnation against the atrocity. No Israeli representative attended his memorial ceremony.
No one urged French Jews to make aliya.
And the number of anti-Semitic attacks increased massively each year. French governmental hostility toward Israel similarly escalated with each passing year.
There is unfortunately every reason to believe that the massacre at the kosher supermarket in Paris last Friday will not be the last one. But it is also clear that the best way to avert more suffering is to speak often and forcefully about the option of moving to Israel. Israel must also take active steps to prepare the country for the arrival of our French brothers and sisters.
Hollande will certainly express his annoyance as he continues to condemn Israel at every turn for imaginary misdeeds. But the French Jews will be strengthened. While the conscience of humanity may be uselessly miffed by the victimization of Jews, the Jews of France will know that there is one place on earth that exists to prevent that victimization, and that they are welcome here whenever they choose to come.

POLITICAL CORRECTNESS REQUIRES REJECTION OF PARDON FOR WAHLBERG
Movie star Mark Wahlberg is seeking a pardon from the State of Massachusetts for assaults he committed when he was 16
Growing up as a teen in Boston, movie star Mark Wahlberg was somewhat of a thug and thief. In 1988 when he was 16, Wahlberg clubbed a Vietnamese man in the head while trying to steal two cases of booze from in front of a convenience store near his home in the Dorchester section of Boston. While trying to get away from the cops, he punched another Vietnamese man in the face. Wahlberg was tried as an adult and convicted of assault and theft. He served 45 days in jail.
On November 26, 2014, Wahlberg applied to the State of Massachusetts for a pardon. In his application he admits to being high on marijuana and other drugs at the time he assaulted the Vietnamese men. In seeking the pardon, Wahlberg says:
"I've been looking for redemption (since) the day I woke up and realized that I done some horrific things and was on a path of self-destruction, as well as causing a lot of people harm. When I decided to go and petition for a pardon, it wasn't based on the things I accomplished in my career. It's been the things I've been able to do in my personal life: giving back to the community and helping kids, especially inner-city kids and at-risk youth and kids growing up in that same situation."
In 1986, two years before the assaults for which he is seeking a pardon, Wahlberg and two white buddies threw rocks and yelled racial slurs at three black siblings. A day later, Wahlberg and a larger group of white boys harassed a group of black fourth-graders. During a court hearing, the judge issued a civil injunction that would trigger criminal charges against Wahlberg if he committed another crime.
Now along comes former state prosecutor Judith Beals in opposition to granting Wahlberg the pardon he seeks. Beals is the prosecutor who in 1986 obtained the civil injunction against Wahlberg. Growing up as a teen in Boston, movie star Mark Wahlberg was somewhat of a thug and thief. In 1988 when he was 16, Wahlberg clubbed a Vietnamese man in the head while trying to steal two cases of booze from in front of a convenience store near his home in the Dorchester section of Boston. While trying to get away from the cops, he punched another Vietnamese man in the face. Wahlberg was tried as an adult and convicted of assault and theft. He served 45 days in jail.
On November 26, 2014, Wahlberg applied to the State of Massachusetts for a pardon. In his application he admits to being high on marijuana and other drugs at the time he assaulted the Vietnamese men. In seeking the pardon, Wahlberg says:
"I've been looking for redemption (since) the day I woke up and realized that I done some horrific things and was on a path of self-destruction, as well as causing a lot of people harm. When I decided to go and petition for a pardon, it wasn't based on the things I accomplished in my career. It's been the things I've been able to do in my personal life: giving back to the community and helping kids, especially inner-city kids and at-risk youth and kids growing up in that same situation."
In 1986, two years before the assaults for which he is seeking a pardon, Wahlberg and two white buddies threw rocks and yelled racial slurs at three black siblings. A day later, Wahlberg and a larger group of white boys harassed a group of black fourth-graders. During a court hearing, the judge issued a civil injunction that would trigger criminal charges against Wahlberg if he committed another crime.

MEXICO’S ‘LAW ON THE RIGHTS OF OLDER PERSONS’
Mexicans above the age of 60 who are facing debilitating health issues are allowed special privileges in their criminal proceedings, including trial from their homes
Mexico has a unique law bestowing special privileges on criminal defendants who are over 60 with health problems. Those privileges include the right to house arrest and trial from home. But privileges under the Law on the Rights of Older Persons are usually reserved only for the wealthy and powerful. Case in point: Elba Esther Gorgillo.
Elba Esther Gordillo once headed the National Education Workers’ Union, Mexico’s teacher union. According to Borderland Beat, as head of the union “Esther Gordillo was once considered the most powerful woman in Mexico, known for buying political support with stolen union money.”
Two years ago Gordillo was busted and charged with tax fraud, money laundering and organized crime. She is accused of stealing around $200 million from her union, using the stolen funds for taking “luxurious spending sprees and giving lavish gifts to regional union leaders to buy their support. She was also known for supporting the election of various past presidents, including Enrique Peña Nieto, by obligating union members to vote for them,” according to Borderland Beat.
Gordillo will turn 70 on February 6. On Tuesday a federal judge ruled that the tax cheat and thief qualifies for the privileges under the Law on the Rights of Older Persons. According to Reforma, “The judge, in an agreement, has recognized [her] as an elderly person with diseases, according to the Law on the Rights of Older Persons,” said Marco Antonio del Toro, Gordillo's defense attorney. “There is jurisprudence of the Supreme Court that says that an older adult may be eligible for house arrest when a condition of disease is given, as is the case.”
This case is an example of the corruption that is rampant throughout Mexico. Now if 80-year-old Jose Gonzales, a street vendor suffering from Parkinson’s disease gets busted for tax fraud, what do you think his chances are that he will be tried from the shack he calls home? POLICE CHIEF DEFENDS THE INDEFENSIBLE
Police in the Florida city of North Miami Beach have been using mug shots of blacks as targets for the department’s firearms training
The Florida city of North Miami Beach has been using the nearby Medley Police Firearms Training Center for its cops. The NMBPD brings along its own targets. Those targets happen to be six mugshots of black teenagers and adults. That firing range is also used by other police agencies and by the National Guard.
When a National Guard unit came to the range, they found a discarded target made up of six mugshots of black teenagers and men, with bullet holes in some of the heads. If that wasn’t bad enough, it turned out that one of the mug shots on the discarded target happened to be the brother of a woman soldier in the NG unit. The mugshot was taken when her brother was a teenager.
I suspect those targets were probably started out as the joke of some smart-ass cop. Adopting those mug shot targets was a terrible idea, especially since none of the mug shots were of white men.
NMB Police Chief J. Scott Dennis defends the indefensible, saying it is common for targets like that to be used for facial recognition by police snipers. But none of the other police agencies that use the Medley range have ever used such targets. Not only is that type of target a terrible idea, but some stupid dipshit from the NMBPD left one of the shot up targets behind for anyone to find. And that was no joke!

A South Florida family is outraged at North Miami Beach Police after mug shots were being used at a shooting range for police training.
It was an ordinary Saturday morning last month when Sgt. Valerie Deant arrived at the shooting range in Medley, or so she thought.
Deant, who plays clarinet with the Florida Army National Guard’s 13th Army Band, and her fellow soldiers were at the shooting range for their annual weapons qualifications training.
What the soldiers discovered when they entered the range made them angry: mug shots of African American men apparently used as targets by North Miami Beach Police snipers, who had used the range before the Guardsmen.
Even more startling for Deant, one of the images was her brother. It was Woody Deant’s mug shot that taken 15 years ago, after he was arrested in connection to a drag race in 2000 that left two people dead. His mug shot was among the pictures of five minorities used as targets by North Miami Beach police, all of them riddled by bullets.
“I was like why is my brother being used for target practice?” Deant asked.
Deant’s fellow guardsmen were angry too, but they tried to console Deant, who was devastated.
“There were like gunshots there,” Deant said. “And I cried a couple of times.”
She immediately called her brother, Woody Deant, who was 18-years old when the picture was taken.
“The picture actually has like bullet holes,” Woody Deant said. “One in my forehead and one in my eye. …I was speechless,” she added.
The City of Medley owns the Medley Firearms Training Center and it leases the facilities to law enforcement agencies in the area. The shooting range staff doesn’t select the targets use by law enforcement and the military.
North Miami Beach Police Chief J. Scott Dennis admitted that his officers could have used better judgment, but denies any racial profiling.
He noted that that the sniper team includes minority officers. Dennis defended the department’s use of actual photographs and says the technique is widely used and the pictures are vital for facial recognition drills. But the Deant family questions why officers were firing targets with images of real people, in this case African-Americans, especially at a time when relations between minority communities and law enforcement are so tense.
“Our policies were not violated,” Dennis said. “There is no discipline forthcoming from the individuals who were involved with this.”
NBC 6 Investigators spoke with sources at federal and state law enforcement agencies and five local police departments that have SWAT and sniper teams in an attempt to find out if this is a common practice. All law enforcement agencies said they only use commercially produced targets, not photos of human beings for target practice.
“The use of those targets doesn’t seem correct,” Alex Vasquez, a retired FBI agent, said. “The police have different options for targets. I think the police have to be extra careful and sensitive to some issues that might be raised.”
Dennis said the police department uses an array of pictures including that of whites, and Hispanic males. What concerns his police department, he said, is that the picture was from someone that happened to be arrested by his agency.
“That individual would be someone that was on the streets of North Miami Beach,” Dennis said.
The police chief said his department will resume use of human image targets after it expands the number of images in its inventory. His officers, Dennis said, will not use any booking photos from suspects they have arrested and he’ll direct his officers to remove the targets after they use the shooting range.
But Woody Deant, who did four years in prison after his 2000 arrest, expressed outrage.
“Now I’m being used as a target?” said Woody Deant. “I’m not even living that life according to how they portrayed me as. I’m a father. I’m a husband. I’m a career man. I work 9-to-5.”
The Deants contacted Attorney Andell Brown. He said he finds the use of human images for target practice extremely disturbing.
“This can create a very dangerous situation,” Brown said. “And it has been ingrained in your subconscious what does that mean when someone [police] comes across Woody or another person on the street and their decision-making process on using deadly force or not.”
The Deants agree.
“Automatically in his [police officer] mind he’s going to think target, target, target…,” Woody Deant said.

I get irritated when people come down on our police officers here in Texas, saying that they don't care about, or respect others. Well, here is a story that clearly shows not all cops are callous and disrespectful.
This story involves the police department in the small hill country town of Kerrville, Texas, who reported finding a man's body last Saturday in the Pedernales River near the state Highway-87 bridge. The dead man's name will not be released until his family has been notified.
The victim apparently drowned due to excessive beer consumption while visiting "someone" in Fredericksburg. He was wearing black fishnet stockings, 10 inch spiked heels, a red garter belt, a pink G-string, purple lipstick, dazzle dust on his eyelids, 2 1/2 inch false eyelashes and an 'I Love Obama' t-shirt.
The police removed and burned the Obama T-shirt to spare his family any unnecessary embarrassment.
So there, Texas cops really do care.

CANDIDATE FOR EDUCATED IDIOT TEACHER OF THE YEAR
A teacher at an exclusive all-boys boarding school in Pennsylvania got caught having an affair with a 16-year-old student when she left a love letter to him on the school’s office printer
Church Farm School is an exclusive all-boys boarding school in Exton, Pennsylvania that charges an annual tuition of $35,000. Sarah O’Neill taught English at the prestigious school from September 2007 to June 2014. Guess why she no longer teaches there.
It appears that teaching English was not the only thing that occupied Sarah’s time. As a matter of act she spent an awfully lot of time fucking and communicating with a 16-year-old student from January to November of last year. And how did she get caught? Well - this is a good one - she left a love letter to the young man on the school’s office printer.
Other members of the school staff found the following letter to the lucky boy on the printer:
“The thought that I could love so deeply and so wrongly pervaded before you and I even officially began. It was quite a long winter break before my lips even attempted yours and I wondered if you were as affected as I.”
After they showed the letter to the school administration, Sarah was asked resign in June 2014, which she did. A police investigation revealed that she had been having an affair with the boy for almost a year, an affair that continued even after she resigned.
Sarah allegedly exchanged 509 phone calls and 319 texts with the boy for a total of 106 hours. They also exchanged lots of emails. Wow, that was one busy teacher.
The boy told police they first kissed at a Motel 6 – you know the one where they leave the light on – in King of Prussia. The boy said they returned to the motel several times for blow jobs. They also had sex at an Extended Stay America in Exton. They would also have sex in her car and in a park.
A school custodian told the police that she caught the pair three times in a locked classroom with the lights turned off. On one of those occasions, Sarah told her – now this is a really good one – she was helping the boy with extra credit. What a lucky kid!
The cops charged Sarah with four counts of corrupting minors. She is currently out of jail on bail and is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on February 2.

Two correctional officers and eight prison inmates were killed in West Texas when their bus skidded off an icy highway overpass and struck a passing train
On Wednesday morning, a Texas prison bus was traveling along I-20, transferring 12 inmates from the Middleton prison in Abilene to the Sanchez prison in El Paso. There were three correctional officers on board. About 7:30 a.m., just west of Odessa, the bus skidded off an icy highway overpass down an embankment before striking a passing Union Pacific train. The crumpled bus ended up on its side with heavy damage to its top and underside.
Two correctional officers and eight inmates were killed. One correctional officer and four inmates were taken to Odessa’s Medical Center Hospital with injuries ranging from serious to critical.
Brad Livingston, executive director of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, released the following statement: “It's with a heavy heart that we mourn the loss of those killed and injured this morning in a tragic accident. Their loved ones will be in our thoughts and prayers."
TDCJ will have a much, much heavier heart when all the lawsuits filed by the families of the correctional officers and inmates killed and injured are resolved.

The Moroccan-born mayor of Rotterdam shocked a live television audience this week by telling Muslims who have a problem with Western culture to “pack their bags” and “fuck off.” The Muslim Labour politician Ahmed Aboutaleb made the remarks during an interview with a Dutch news program about last week's deadly attacks on French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo and is known for his tough stance on Muslim integration in Europe, according to the U.K.’s Daily Mirror.
“It is incomprehensible that you can turn against freedom... But if you don't like freedom, for heaven's sake pack your bags and leave,” Aboutaleb said to the Dutch news program "Nieuwsuur" (News Hour). “If you do not like it here because some humorists you don't like are making a newspaper, may I then say you can fuck off.”
Aboutaleb, 53, also argued that Muslims who could not “find [their] place” in the Netherlands were causing ostracism of other Muslims in the country. “All those well-meaning Muslims here will now be stared at,” he said. Muslims make up about five percent of the Netherlands' population of 16.8 million.
The Rotterdam mayor became the first Muslim immigrant to lead a major European city when he was appointed to the office in 2008. Born to an imam in Morocco’s Rif mountain region in 1961, Aboutaleb moved to the Netherlands when he was 15 and has often been described as a “model non-Western immigrant,” according to Spiegel Online.

The Obama administration and the Democrats like to blame George W. Bush for everything but climate change, and if they could find a way to blame the former president for that, they would do it. But the mandatory minimum and longer prison sentences both Democrats and Republicans are now complaining about are the result of a bill President Clinton signed in 1994.
The Democrats are complaining about the impact of mandatory minimum and longer prison sentences on minorities. The Republicans, on the other hand, are complaining about the high cost of keeping so many criminals locked up. Thus both Democrats and Republicans agree with each other on the need for a creative manipulation of the criminal justice system so on paper at least there will be fewer criminals.

Bullets were flying in the cities. Crack wars trapped people in their homes. The year was 1994, and President Bill Clinton captured the grim national mood, declaring “gangs and drugs have taken over our streets” as he signed the most far-reaching crime bill in history.
The new law expanded the death penalty, and offered the states billions of dollars to hire more police officers and to build more prisons. But what was not clear at the time was that violent crime had already peaked in the early ’90s, starting a decline that has cut the nation’s rates of murder, robbery and assault by half.
Perhaps nowhere has the drop been more stunning than in New York City, which reported only 328 homicides for 2014, compared with 2,245 in 1990. The homicide rate in some cities has fluctuated more — Washington ticked up to 104 in 2014, after a modern low of 88 in 2012. But that still is a drastic fall from a peak of 474 in 1990.
Now, Democrats and Republicans alike are rethinking the vast, costly infrastructure of crime control and incarceration that was born of the earlier crime wave.
“The judicial system has been a critical element in keeping violent criminals off the street,” said Senator Richard J. Durbin, Democrat of Illinois, who is co-sponsor of a bill to reduce some federal drug sentences. “But now we’re stepping back, and I think it’s about time, to ask whether the dramatic increase in incarceration was warranted.”
Senator Charles E. Grassley, Republican of Iowa and the new chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has opposed broad reductions in sentences. But he still agreed, in an interview, that “there are a lot of ideas — prison reform, policing, sentencing — being discussed now that wouldn’t be if we hadn’t had this drop in the crime statistics.”
Yet even as law enforcement and the political establishment look toward a new era, the reasons for the broad drop in crime remain elusive. It has confounded both those from the right who had predicted that waves of young predators would terrorize communities and those on the left who watched crime fall even through ups and downs in poverty and unemployment.
There are some areas of consensus. The closing of open-air drug markets drove down shootings in many urban areas. Credit is also given to a revolution in urban policing, in which officers concentrate on crime “hot spots,” as small as a block or a bar, that are responsible for outsize mayhem.
The major increases in drug and gun sentences in the 1980s and ’90s played some role but only a modest one, most experts say, with soaring incarceration rates bringing diminishing returns while disproportionately hitting minorities.
Various experts have also linked the fall in violence to the aging of the population, low inflation rates and even the decline in early-childhood lead exposure.
But in the end, none of these factors fully explain a drop that occurred, in tandem, in much of the world.
“Canada, with practically none of the policy changes we point to here, had a comparable decline in crime over the same period,” said Franklin E. Zimring, a law professor and an expert in criminal justice at the University of California, Berkeley. He described the quest for an explanation as “criminological astrology.”
The fall in serious crime was accompanied by declines in other social ills such as teenage pregnancy, child abuse and juvenile delinquency, emphasizing the role of cultural shifts beyond the ken of the justice system.
“Young people are growing up in a safer environment and behaving more responsibly,” said Jeremy Travis, president of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York and co-editor of a 2014 report by the National Academy of Sciences on the consequences of mass incarceration.
Along with uncertainty about the sources of lower crime are contentious debates about what should come next. How far can incarceration be reduced without endangering safety? Where is the proper line between aggressive, preventive policing and intrusive measures that alienate the law-abiding?
The rise in incarceration has been even more striking than the decline in crime, leading to growing agreement on both the right and the left that it has gone too far. From the early 1970s to 2009, mainly because of changes in sentencing, the share of American residents in state or federal prison multiplied fourfold, reaching 1.5 million on any given day, with hundreds of thousands more held in local jails, although the rate has tapered off somewhat since 2009.
The social and economic costs are now the subject of intense study. Some conservatives such as William G. Otis, a former federal prosecutor and adjunct professor of law at Georgetown University, argue that while many factors account for falling crime, harsher justice surely played a significant role.
“When people are incarcerated they are not out on the street to ransack your home or sell drugs to your high school kid,” he said.
But many criminologists say the impact has been limited.
“The policy decisions to make long sentences longer and to impose mandatory minimums have had minimal effect on crime,” said Mr. Travis, of John Jay College. “The research on this is quite clear.”
Higher imprisonment might explain from 10 percent to, at most, 25 percent of the crime drop since the early 1990s, said Richard Rosenfeld, a criminologist at the University of Missouri-St. Louis. But it brought diminishing returns, he said, as those committing less severe crimes also received lengthy sentences.
Many states, led by Republicans as well as by Democrats, have acted to reduce sentences for low-level and nonviolent crimes and to improve drug and other treatment services, while still bringing down crime rates.
In the Congress, figures as varied as Senator Durbin and Republican senators including Mike Lee of Utah and Rand Paul of Kentucky have supported cuts in federal sentencing.
Police methods entered the spotlight after the deaths of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., and Eric Garner in New York led to mass protests, followed by the murderous targeting of two officers in New York.
Combined at its best with close public cooperation, the concentration of police resources on crime hot spots has been shown, in several studies, to reduce crime without simply pushing it elsewhere, said Daniel S. Nagin, a criminologist at Carnegie Mellon University.
Methods used with success in New York City in the mid-1990s under Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani and his police commissioner William J. Bratton have been widely imitated, including the mapping of crime and concentration of forces in trouble spots and use of “CompStat” data and meetings to hold local commanders accountable for crime in their precincts.
John F. Timoney, who was No. 2 in the New York Police Department at the time and later headed police departments in Philadelphia and Miami, said new attention to seemingly minor crimes like public drunkenness and vandalism is also vital.
“It’s the quality-of-life issues that dominate community meetings,” he said. Pushing street officers to respond, under the so-called broken windows theory, won public support and sometimes headed off more serious criminal behavior, he said.
But some say the tactics too often devolved into overly aggressive policing and the “stop and frisk” policy at the center of controversy in New York, in which officers search young men, mainly black and Hispanic, on little pretext.
In the wake of the police killings of unarmed black men in Missouri and New York, President Obama established a task force of police officials and experts that is expected to recommend increases in community policing, which has declined since the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, and other changes intended to repair the gulf between law enforcers and minorities as well as improve crime prevention.
Given how poorly trends in crime were foreseen in the past, and the role of deeper social forces, there is no guarantee that crime rates will not rise again.

On Tuesday evening, Georgia executed Andrew Howard Brannan for the 1998 shooting death of Laurens County sheriff’s deputy Kyle Dinkheller
On January 12, 1998, Laurens County (Georgia) sheriff’s deputy Kyle Dinkheller, 22, pulled over Andrew Howard Brannan, 49, for driving 98 mph on a rural road. Brannon got out of his pickup truck cursing and began dancing in the street. He yelled “I’m a goddamn Vietnam combat veteran.” As the officer was calling for backup, Brannon reached inside his pickup and grabbed an M-1 carbine. He yelled “shoot me” and rushed at the officer while firing the gun. Dinkheller fired back, hitting the combat veteran in the gut. The dashcam on the patrol car picked up Dinkheller screaming as Brannon fired one last shot at point-blank range and yelled “Die fucker!” The officer had been shot nine times.
Kyle Dinkheller left behind a pregnant wife and a 22-month-old daughter.
Brannon was tried in 2000, convicted and sentenced to death. Brannon had pled guilty by reason of insanity, but after a psychiatric examination that plea was rejected. Three appeals by his lawyers arguing that in 1991, Brannon was diagnosed as being “100 percent disabled” by PTSD and that five years later he was also diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Petitions on those grounds to the parole board and the three appeals to the Georgia Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme court fell on deaf ears.
Brannon, now 66, was executed Tuesday at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson. He was pronounced dead at 8:33 p.m.

Former US President Jimmy Carter once again provided his sagacious insight into the root causes of Islamic violence by pointing an accusing finger at, where else, Israel!
Carter made the remarks on Monday while appearing on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. When asked by host Jon Stewart what drove the kind of Islamic violence that claimed the lives of 17 people in Paris last week, Carter responded:
“Well, one of the origins for it is the Palestinian problem. And this aggravates people who are affiliated in any way with the Arab people who live in the West Bank and Gaza, what they are doing now — what’s being done to them. So I think that’s part of it.”
Carter has a long history of blaming all Middle East woes, and, indeed, most of the problems in the world, on Israel. And he is absolutely convinced that the lack of peace in this small sliver of land is no one’s fault but the Jews, as detailed in his 2006 book “Palestine: Peace, Not Apartheid.”
The former peanut farmer-turned-most powerful man in the world has gone so far as to extol Hamas as totally trustworthy, unlike those Israeli Jews and their hordes of “Zionist” cohorts.
In late 2008, Carter during a trip to Damascus boasted over having advised Hamas leader Khaled Mashal on what price to demand for then-hostage Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.

Carter made the remarks on Monday while appearing on Comedy Central’s The Daily Show. When asked by host Jon Stewart what drove the kind of Islamic violence that claimed the lives of 17 people in Paris last week, Carter responded:
“Well, one of the origins for it is the Palestinian problem. And this aggravates people who are affiliated in any way with the Arab people who live in the West Bank and Gaza, what they are doing now — what’s being done to them. So I think that’s part of it.”
Carter has a long history of blaming all Middle East woes, and, indeed, most of the problems in the world, on Israel. And he is absolutely convinced that the lack of peace in this small sliver of land is no one’s fault but the Jews, as detailed in his 2006 book “Palestine: Peace, Not Apartheid.”
The former peanut farmer-turned-most powerful man in the world has gone so far as to extol Hamas as totally trustworthy, unlike those Israeli Jews and their hordes of “Zionist” cohorts.
In late 2008, Carter during a trip to Damascus boasted over having advised Hamas leader Khaled Mashal on what price to demand for then-hostage Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit.
ANGRY CAMEL STOMPS AND CHOMPS TWO TEXANS TO DEATH
The ‘Camel Kisses Camel’ farm in Wichita Falls was the scene of bloody mayhem when an angry camel dispatched two of his caretakers
Peggy McNair, 72, a former bank vice president, has owned the ‘Camel Kisses Camel’ farm near Wichita Falls, Texas where she has been raising camels for nearly 20 years.
On Saturday, a large male camel was in a pen with two female camels. Mark Mere, 53, entered the pen to break up the ice in the pen’s frozen over water trough. Apparently Mr. Mere must have interrupted a private matter between the male and his harem because the humpback got really pissed off. Mere then tried to get out of the pen and McNair attempted to close the gate. Unfortunately for both, the infuriated beast attacked them before they could get out.
When Wichita Falls sheriff’s deputies arrived at the scene they found the bodies of McNair and Mere, and a still angry camel with blood on its chest and mouth. The victims appeared to have been trampled to death. With the blood on its mouth, it looks as though the camel may have chomped on one or both of the victims as well.
The deputies managed to move the angry camel to another area of the farm. Game wardens who were called to the scene decided to impose capital punishment on the beast. They put him to death sans any opportunity for appeals in his behalf.
