WOMEN COPS AS DANGEROUS AS WOMEN DRIVERS

Let me see if I got this right. A couple of women are playing with a pit bulldog. A woman cop drives up and thinks they are being attacked by the dog. She shoots at the dog and hits both the dog and a woman bystander. That’s really remarkable!

This incident reminded me of a TV comedy that ran on the ABC network from 1986 to 1988 called, SLEDGE HAMMER! The series starred David Rasche as a shoot first and ask questions later police detective who always looks for the most violent solution to any problem. The opening scene in the first episode had Rasche dealing with a sniper on the roof of a multi-story building by blowing up the entire building with a rocket launcher.

That shoot first and ask questions later woman cop is going to be the brunt of jokes from now till the cow jumps over the moon. The city is not going to be laughing though. I see a big lawsuit ahead. So maybe it’s time to rethink about women working as cops. Oops, now that I've suggested women might not belong in police work, I better get ready to duck for cover – I can foresee a slew of incoming feminist missiles fired at me by NOW.

WOMAN WOUNDED ACCIDENTALLY WHEN WOMAN COP SHOOTS AT DOG

LA MARQUE, Texas — A police officer wounded a woman accidentally while trying to shoot a pit bull she saw jumping on a group of people.

The incident happened about 7:15 p.m. Wednesday in a residential neighborhood in La Marque, 35 miles southeast of Houston.

Witnesses say a passing officer spotted what she thought was a pit bull attack but, in reality, was the dog playing with two people.

The witnesses say the woman playing with the dog shouted, prompting the officer to get out of her car and shoot at the animal. A bullet fragment ricocheted off the street and wounded a woman standing nearby in the chest.

The woman was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston. Police say both she and the wounded dog are expected to recover. The case will be presented to a grand jury.
