Should the Congressman from New York resign for waving his weenie at several women on the internet? A poll of his constituents shows that 56 percent of them think he’s done a good job representing them and that he should not resign.
Had Weiner waved his weenie in public, he would have been hauled off to jail and - if convicted for exposing his person, lewd conduct, etc. - he would have been required to register as a sex offender.
Since this is an unwelcome embarrassing distraction to his fellow Democrats, they are going to bring increasing pressure on him to resign his seat in Congress. Don’t forget that Nancy Pelosi promised to ‘drain the swamp’ when she became Speaker of the House.
One thing is for sure – this weenie waver has flushed his NYC mayoral ambitions down the proverbial toilet.
