There is now a respectable line of national Democrap names telling Al Franken he needs to go. By the time you read this he may have given his formal statement to the press, which was announced on Wednesday. Whether he will pull the pin, tell his detractors to piss off, or announce that he will not seek re-election is not known at this time.
Typically Democraps line up to support their liberal brethren, regardless of their misdeeds, because to a liberal how you FEEL about something is all-important. What you actually DO is meaningless.
Does this mean the Democraps are trying to clean up their own house prior to a major assault on Trump, or do they merely see that they are looking bad and need to show meaningful support for one of their principle minority base blocks (women)?
Damned if I know, but it sure is fun to watch..
