IT HAS JUST COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT 107 DEMOCRATS CONDEMNED TRUMP’S NEW POLICY LEGITIMIZING ISRAELI SETTLEMENTS

Rep. Andy Levin, a no-good fucking anti-Israel Jew from Michigan, started the letter signed by 106 other anti-Israel Democrats which condemns the State Department for reversing the decades-long policy of considering Israeli settlements as illegal

Here is Levin’s letter together with the names of the 106 other Democrats who signed it:

November 21, 2019

The Honorable Mike Pompeo

Secretary

U.S. Department of State

2201 C Street NW

Washington, D.C., 20520

Dear Mr. Secretary:

We write to express our strong disagreement with the State Department’s decision to reverse decades of bipartisan U.S. policy on Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank by repudiating the 1978 State Department legal opinion that civilian settlements in the occupied territories are “inconsistent with international law.” This announcement, following the administration’s decision to move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem outside of a negotiated agreement; its closure of the Palestinian mission in Washington, D.C. and U.S. Consulate in Jerusalem; and its halting of aid Congress appropriated to the West Bank and Gaza, has discredited the United States as an honest broker between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, severely damaged prospects for peace, and endangered the security of America, Israel, and the Palestinian people.

U.S. administrations from both parties have followed the 1978 guidance because settlement expansion into the occupied West Bank makes a contiguous Palestinian state inviable, jeopardizing Israel’s future as a secure, democratic homeland for the Jewish people. The State Department’s unilateral reversal on the status of settlements, without any clear legal justification, therefore has offered a tacit endorsement of settlements, their expansion, and associated demolitions of Palestinian homes. In addition, one day after the Department’s decision, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu moved to advance a bill to annex the Jordan Valley. As annexation and the United States’ approval thereof would destroy prospects for a two-state solution and lead to a more entrenched and possibly deadlier conflict, this decision erodes the security of both Israel and the United States.

This State Department decision blatantly disregards Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which affirms that any occupying power shall not “deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” In ignoring international law, this administration has undermined America’s moral standing and sent a dangerous message to those who do not share our values: human rights and international law, which have governed the international order and protected U.S. troops and civilians since 1949, no longer apply. If the U.S. unilaterally abandons international and human rights law, we can only expect a more chaotic and brutal twenty-first century for Americans and our allies, including the Israeli people.

Given these serious implications, we strongly urge you to reverse this policy decision immediately.

Sincerely,

[Members of Congress]

Maybe if Donald talked nicer and didn't have orange hair these democrats would like him. And then maybe they wouldn't sign on to stuff like this.

This is why so many of us support this man. No, he ain't perfect. No, I wouldn't want him as a personal friend. He's not somebody I would want to hang out with. But he is a strong leader. He is doing a lot for this country. And if you look at the current alternatives, both in congress and those running to unseat him, well...those alternatives are either very corrupt or, if not, too weak to stand up and fight this kind of crap.

That's why I am a strong supporter and that's why I will vote for him in 2020. Because if anyone else wins, this country is done.

Tell us how you REALLY feel about this Howie.

How do I really feel? The sensitivities of good church-going people would not be able to stand the shock if they read how I really feel.

People who refuse to vote enable people like these to get elected. Something to consider, even when you don't much like the alternative.

Even within the pro-Israel Jewish community, there is great disagreement as to the issue of settlements. Objectively speaking, Arabs were kicked off their land, thrown out and replaced with Jews. There is no way, under any reading of Halacha, or from any Jewish prospective to justify that. However, the Arabs have had opportunity after opportunity to make peace and get back the land, and have rebuffed offer after offer, including the offer to totally evacuate the settlements and give them East Jerusalem. The overriding consensus , drawn from the evidence, is they are not willing to live in peace with a Jewish state as their neighbor, which unfortunately necessitates the continued occupation and need for settlements until there is a shift in their leadership.
The Jews who signed this insanity, are just reflecting prevailing winds on the issue, as the new in vogue and cool thing to be is an anti-Zionist Jew. The Torah Jews of Satmar have joined forces with the young self-hating Jews on college campuses who are part of the students for justice in Palestine. They are very well received, because the Arab students love Jews who hate Israel and will sell out their own people.
These young fools don’t understand they are not respected, just being used as props to support an agenda that supports the eradication of Israel and the Jewish people.
