Charles, Prince of Wales, heir to the throne of the United Kingdom, has allegedly decided that, when he becomes HMFIC, he wants to shrink the number of people in the family that are officially considered to be "royal."
Currently any directly blood descendants from the monarch are part of the royal family.
Theoretically, if Charles gets his way, the new and improved royal family would consist only of the primary heirs (in this case his two sons, Harry and William) and their wives and children when that comes around. Charlie's three siblings and their spouses and rugrats would be ass-out, more or less.
Trouble is, the queen is still hanging in there and has shown no interest in giving up power or dropping dead. In fact the rumor mill says that, after Charles dumping Diana, the queen would be just as happy if Charles took a pass and let Harry be the next king. Of course that isn't likely to happen, at least willingly. Camilla, aka The Rotweiller, wants desperately to see her husband as the next grand poobah.
But you don't have to worry. The royal family outcasts would not become impoverished commoners and forced to actually work for a living. Their status, however, would be diminished.
Life is hard. Especially when you spend a lot of time hanging out with known and notorious child molesters then tell stupid lies about it.

The whole bunch needs to be put on the public dole and placed in public housing. Their fortune should be divided among the British citizens.
