Steel, a Korean-American running in Orange County, CA, has managed to
unseat incumbent Harley Rouda by about 2% of the total vote, moving one
more House seat to the GOP column. That seat had been a pretty solid
Republican seat until 2018 when Rouda snagged it.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Much more important is the runoff election in January for the two US senate seats from Georgia. If the Republicans do not win those, the ball game is over.
