admit I did not know this, but apparently in Leeds there is an official
red light district where whores are allowed to street walk and solicit
business between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. It is in the Holbeck district of the
city and has been around since 2014.
Unfortunately
it is not trouble free. Men seem to assume that ANY female on the
street even near that hour are working girls. School girls as young as
13 have reported being propositioned by men on the street. These girls
have to travel thru hooker alley to get to and from school.
The Leeds city council has been asked to shut down the program due to these problems.
