The God-Emperor of the formerly
great state of California, Gavin "God I Want To Be President" Newsom, is
going to release his initial budget proposal tomorrow. Unless he is
planning on a radical change in direction it should be replete with
magical thinking and unrealistic expectations. Just in case you want a
