Free to buy whatever the hell kind of car you can
afford. The congress of the United States has passed to the President's
desk legislation that removes the authority of the formerly great state
of California (and eleven road-dogs) to set their own laws to eliminate
petroleum fuel vehicles, which was set to happen by 2035.
The
God-Emperor of California, Gavin Newsom, is having a cow and screaming
that he will sue. I am unsure what standing he has to sue over a
legitimately passed piece of federal legislation, but you never know.
