Assuming the broadcast media has it right Trump just got
two biggies, a (tentative) deal with both the UK and the ChiComs. Both
have the immediate result of a rollback in the massive tariffs and a
huge jump in our stock market.
As
always the devil is in the details and the thing could come apart,
especially the ChiCom deal. That being said it kinda-sorta looks like
the deal maker did it.
The
never-Trump clowns will continue to scream that Trump is evil and any
deal he has been involved in since the Civil War is merely smoke and
mirrors and is thievery and racist and homophobic and dishonest and
besides, it must be bad because it his Trump's name on it. Many people
however are willing to wait, give him the benefit of what appears to be a
win and see what actually shakes out.
