Dr.
Aliasghar Mohyuddin works for the CA state prison system. Which means
he sort-of works for the federal district court as well as the court
regulates the inmate medical system within the formerly great state of
California, including wages paid to staff, which is well above the going
rate to try ti keep staffing at a decent level.
Dr.
Mohyuddin alleges that he has come across documents relating to inmate
health care in inmate medical files with his electronic signature on
them that he in fact had no contact with prior to coming across the
documents. Essentially he says they are electronic forgeries. He
asserts that this appears to have been going on for at least two years
and he is very much bothered by the slow pace of the "investigation"
into the matter. He brought this situation to the attention of
officials at the prison hospital outside of Stockton in March of 2023.
At least some of these documents were allegedly inserted into the record
by him on days when he was traveling outside of the country.
The state has declined comment other than to assert that the matter is still under investigation.

Wow. So is the state prison system investigating themselves?
