in all the lands of Judea and Samaria.
On Wednesday Netanyahu’s
incoming government published a document listing its policy guidelines.
Among them is a pledge to foster settlement in all the biblical lands of
Israel this side of the Jordan River.
“The Jewish
people has an exclusive and inalienable right to all parts of the Land
of Israel,” the document reads. “This government will promote and
develop the settlement of all parts of the Land of Israel—in the
Galilee, the Negev, the Golan Heights and Judea and Samaria.”
The
commitment of Netanyahu’s new government to settle all the biblical
lands of Judea and Samaria will certainly inspire Christian Zionists and
those how believe these lands are God’s promised inheritance to the
Children of Abraham.
Others are concerned that pushing the settlements will stir the anger of the Palestinians and the international supporters.
Netanyahu’s
policy statement for the incoming government also reinforces its
commitment to a united Jerusalem. By law, all of Jerusalem, both the
Jewish sector and Arab eastern sectors are part of Israel’s united
capital.
The new guidelines promise to “preserve the Jewish character of the state and the heritage of Israel.”
Both settling the biblical lands and preserving the Jewish character of
Israel are some of the main demands of the Religious Zionist parties
and the Orthodox Jewish parties that Netanyahu needed to form a majority
coalition and set up a government.
Israel is a Jewish Democracy which means the state will continue to preserve the Jewish character of the country while “respecting
the practices and traditions of members of all religions in the country
in accordance with the values of the Declaration of Independence,” the policy guidelines read.

Biden's border invasion continues in Eagle Pass, Texas as ICE "loses" records of key immigration program
WASHINGTON, DC- Well, this is rather disturbing. The Epoch Times is reporting
that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials are apparently
having some difficulty locating any records of illegal aliens placed in
a key federal program numbering 378,000.
The program is designed to “ensure non-detained non-citizen
compliance with release conditions, court hearings and final orders of
removal, according to the Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC), a nonprofit government transparence advocacy group.
“ICE has conducted a search of the ICE Enforcement and
Removal Operations (ERO) for records responsive to your request and no
records responsive to your request were found” the Department of
Homeland Security, run by the feckless Alejandro Mayorkas told the
organization in a Dec. 22 letter.
The letter comes at a time when the border is facing an unprecedented
surge of illegal aliens crossing the border into the United States as
“Invasion USA,” encouraged by the Biden administration, continues
unabated.
The ICE letter attempted to throw cover, noting that simply because
the records sought by TRAC were unable to be located didn’t necessarily
mean that they don’t exist. In a Dec. 23 statement, TRAC, which is
affiliated with Syracuse University, described ICE’s apparent
incompetence as a “very troubling development.”
The ICE letter came in response to a Freedom of Information Act
(FOIA) request (the only way information can be obtained from the Biden
administration apparently) from TRAC seeking “the latest alien-by-alien,
anonymous data covering all individuals who were taken into custody by
ICE and entered (or transferred to) ICE ATD custody from the beginning
of Fiscal Year 2019 through August 2022 (or date of search, whichever
[is] later).”
The ICE Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, the organization
says, “allows for closer monitoring of non-detained citizens at varying
levels of supervision, using several different monitoring technologies.
ATD effectively increases court appearance rates, compliance with
release conditions, and helps the participants meet basic needs and
understand immigration obligations.”
Except when they can’t find the records, apparently.
According to the program, individuals who fail to report “are subject
to arrest and potential removal. To be eligible for ATD, noncitizens
must be 18 years of age or older, effectively removable from the United
States, and in some stage of the immigration process,” according to ICE.
“According to ICE’s posted numbers, persons being monitored
by its Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program grew by 20,000 in just
the last two weeks to a total of 377,980 individuals,” TRAC said in its
statement.
“However TRAC is still urging caution in interpreting these
latest numbers. As we announced earlier, ICE has informed TRAC that
Alternatives to Detention (ATD) data the agency posted previously was
inaccurate. TRAC has requested but not yet received underlying source
documents from ICE. Thus, it has not yet been able to validate and
correct the ICE ATD data being posted.”
The Epoch Times noted they requested comment from ICE
regarding the information provided to TRAC< that the agency was
unable to locate data despite the fact the Biden administration publicly
says the information they are providing is accurate.
The accuracy of DHS’s immigration data comes as the US is in the
midst of a third consecutive year of unprecedented numbers of illegals
invading the country at the southern border with Mexico, an invasion
which the Biden administration and Mayorkas has not only ignored, but
have in fact encouraged, along with most Democrat lawmakers.
Since Biden assumed office on January 20, 2021, some two million
illegal aliens are known to have entered the United States. That number
does not include what is believed to be hundreds of thousands of
“gotaways” who are pursued by Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
officers but are not captured.
While the border invasion had been mostly mitigated under former
President Donald Trump, it has surged under Biden, whose version of
governance is to merely overturn anything done by Trump, good or bad.
For example, the Trump administration implemented a program known as
“Remain in Mexico,” where asylum seekers were required to remain in
Mexico while they awaited the disposition of their asylum requests and
other legal issues.
Earlier in December, TRAC reported that “the data ICE has been
posting for months showed that use of GPS ankle monitors had been
increasing, which TRAC previously reported.
ICE now reports that is incorrect, that ankle monitor usage is in
fact, down significantly. Adding to the confusion, ICE frequently posts
data, replaces it, and replaces it again without any indication that
changes have taken place, or which set are the ‘correct’ numbers.”
However, TRAC reports the issues they have found with data provided
by ICE is more extensive than the flaws in their ankle monitor
reporting.
“ICE data reporting problems extend beyond the GPS ankle
monitor usage. ICE’s new data for FY2022 significantly revised the
previous numbers for every single one of the ATD reported
technologies—not only GPS but also SmartLINK, and VoiceID, as well. Not
only did the use of GPS monitors drop, but the public now learned that 1
in 9 (11 percent) were not being monitored with the use of any
technology at all!”
This is yet another example of “the grownups” being in charge, as
breathlessly reported by the media after Biden “won” the election.
TRAC co-founder Susan Long told The Epoch Times ICE’s
response to the FOIA requests showed “a really straightforward example
of a lack of transparency and compliance with the disclosure
requirements” of the Act.
“To say there are no records, this is classic ICE. They have
in the past after long delays and redactions released some updated data,
but it is not uncommon to get this kind of response. Clearly, the data
exists, their contracts require the information be kept, and that ICE
have access to it,” Long said.
“The question comes, what do you believe, and so part of our
role is to get the underlying data to check it out. If we can’t get the
underlying data, I mean we aren’t talking about something that is
national defense secrets,” Long continued.
Long said ICE officials were “very embarrassed” about the inability
to verify underling data for immigration records. She said this was
because “their data was showing that the use of these ankle monitors,
GPS monitors, were increasing when that was exactly the opposite of what
the head of the agency was saying.”
She said she is, however, confident in the credibility of the underlying data behind the numbers published by the agency.
“But if you look at the posted data at some of the links we’ve published is just unbelievably bad,” Long said.
She also noted that the only reason ICE publishes its data on
immigration programs, including ATD is because they are forced to by a
congressional mandate.
Major step for 'Ike Dike' has local leaders optimistic

Local
leaders this week were cautiously optimistic about recent federal
authorization of a massive storm surge barrier for this region, and for
one of them, passage of the Texas Coastal Spine Authorization Act proved
the project was on track to be completed.
The
years-long effort to build a storm-surge barrier in and around
Galveston Bay took a major step forward Dec. 23 when President Joe Biden
signed the $860 million National Defense Authorization Act into law.
That
act contained language authorizing construction a barrier envisioned,
debated and planned over about 13 years since Hurricane Ike in 2008
devastated Galveston Island and numerous communities along Galveston Bay
and the Gulf of Mexico.
Passage of the bill into law marked a significant advance, but wasn’t the final hurdle the project must clear.
The
defense bill authorized the project, but didn’t allocate the billions
of dollars needed to pay for, Murphy McCollough, Texas press secretary
for U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, said last week.
Still, it was a key step in a long process, she said.
“The conversation about funding can’t even start until the project is authorized,” McCollough said.
That conversation could now start as soon as the 118th Congress convenes next year, she said
“We’re
still waiting to hear the exact details of the barrier project,”
Galveston Mayor Craig Brown said. “But keeping the island safe is our
main priority. We’re looking forward to hearing some of the details that
are developing.”
Although
Brown said he might not be alive at the end of the construction of the
barrier project, he hopes it will lead to a great improvement in the
safety and economic development of Galveston County and its residents.
“I
may not be able to see the end of the project,” Brown said. “But it’s
something that we need to start right now. This can be a game changer
for the island, in the development of the island and possibly have more
people move into the island.”

Among
other things, the plan calls for a sea gate between Galveston Island
and Bolivar Peninsula that would close ahead of a hurricane to block
storm surge from the Gulf of Mexico.
Hurricane
Ike made landfall at Galveston on Sept. 13, 2008, as a category 2
storm. The hurricane pushed water from the Gulf of Mexico into Galveston
Bay. The surge leveled homes on Bolivar Peninsula, and flooded
Galveston from its unprotected north side.
The storm surge was measured at between 19 feet and 25 feet.
The entire project is estimated to cost $31 billion, of which local sponsors would be required to pay about $10 billion.
In
2021, the Texas Legislature created the Gulf Coast Protection District,
a taxing entity, to raise funds for the local costs of the barrier
project.
The
Gulf Coast Protection District is awaiting for the funds that need to
be appropriated in a separate bill, once that process is completed the
district will have to do a lot of “leg work,” said Roger “Bo” Quiroga,
secretary of the protection district.
“It’s
long overdue,” Quiroga said. “We’re going to be in a position to
protect the coast from future natural disasters such as hurricanes. It’s
a very exciting time.”
The corps and Texas General Land Office released its initial recommendations for the coastal barrier project in 2018.
“A
lot of people doubted the project,” Quiroga said. “But now they’re
starting to see that the project is taking steps for completion. We’re
starting 2023 on the right track.”
If
it’s funded for construction, the project still would require another
two to five years of design and would take as many as another 15 years
to complete.
The govern signed 997 bills into
law this year. As far as I can tell about half of them deal with
abortion rights, transgender rights and shielding medical providers from
scrutiny or legal action for doing things like providing abortions or
doing radical gender affirmation surgery on minors.
One
bill struck me as especially interesting in the wake of all the laws to
PROTECT medical providers. AB2098 makes it EASIER for the medical
board to take action against a physician's license, including revocation
of that license, if that physician spreads "false or misleading
information" about Covid-19. You can do a radical mastectomy on a
13-year or girl because she thinks she might actually be a boy but you
can't tell a patient that her 13-year old child probably doesn't really
need a Covid-19 shot and that the long-term side effects are unknown.
Nostradamus predictions for 2023 include a 'great war'
Michel de Nostredame was
a 16th century French astrologer who later rose to become one of the
most famous and recognized fortunetellers in the world. He left his
legacy shortly before his death in his most famous book, 'Les
Prophéties,' a collection of 942 poetic quatrains from which his
predictions of the future were drawn. Although the book was published in
1555, they are still valid after almost 5 centuries and are reviewed
every year to guess what the fate of the planet will bring.
Many of the great events that have shaped the world have already been
predicted by Nostradamus. So far, he has been credited with predicting
the Great Fire of London, Hitler's rise to power, the attacks of September 11, 2001, the Apollo XI moon landing, and the COVID -19 pandemic,
to name a few. As 2022 draws to a close and we are just days away from
2023, here are some of the events that could shape contemporary history
over the next 12 months.
Nostradamus predicts boiling oceans and dead fish aplenty
Global warming and dead fish
Nostradamus predicts in a passage, “Like the sun the head shall sear
the shining sea: The Black Sea’s living fish shall all but boil.” This
may end up being true much to our horror in the next few years if not in
2023 as recent reports suggest that because of a direct result of
climate change warming, many of the most commonly eaten fish species could face extinction.
2023 could see a 'great war' according to the prophet of doom
World War III
Nostradamus writes that in 2023, the world will witness “Seven months
great war, people dead through evil.” By this, the prophet could well
refer to the war in Ukraine or a major conflict that could be unleashed
by China's interests in absorbing Taiwan.

Nostradamus also predicted that in the next year we will see
“Celestial fire on the royal edifice.” The Royal family will not be
happy at all on seeing this as they are already devastated by the loss
of Queen Elizabeth II. The Royal members will have to take it with a
grain of salt as the prediction seemingly suggests that a meteor is
headed straight for Buckingham Palace.

Nuclear bomb explosion
The prophet spoke of the detonation of a powerful nuclear device that
will mainly affect European countries. It will also possibly trigger
climate change and would be the beginning of an environmental
catastrophe that would seriously harm the Earth. "For 40 years the
rainbow will not appear. The dry land will become drier and there will
be major floods," says the text, according to Lifestyle.
"Like the sun, the head will scorch the shining sea: the living fish in
the Black Sea will almost boil," it adds. "When Rhodes and Genoa are
half-starved, the local people will strive to cut them off."
Elon Musk's plans for Mars could be grinded to a halt in 2023
Disaster on Mars
In light of this event, Nostradamus wrote, "celestial fire when the
lights of Mars go out". This prediction could well be meant for Elon
Musk who previously said his company SpaceX could take a manned
spacecraft to the neighboring planet by 2029.
The Antichrist
Nos writes that in or around 2023, “The antichrist very soon
annihilates the three. Twenty-seven years his war will last. The
unbelievers are dead, captive, exiled. With blood, human bodies, water
and red hail covering the earth.” An antichrist is basically referred to
as one with blood lust which could easily be any politician in the
world, especially Putin.
Twitter users also expressed their views on Nostradamus's 2023
predictions. One user complained, "why do all these ''year-end''
conspiracy theorists come out of the woodwork, particularly at this time
of the year I mean what do they do the rest of the year?" Another user
tweeted, "Wouldn’t Zelenskyy be the antichrist since the leftist zealots
and news hacks sing his praises for being such a “hero”?"
One Twitter user opined, "The Bible tells us what's going to happen.
This is a great time to study Bible prophecy", while another tweeted,
"WEF is anti-Christ. Schwab has been spewing out anti-Christ message
since 2020...and earlier too. Anti-Christ doesn’t have to be one person.
Plus, Nos was wrong before, and people have misinterpreted too both
literally & figuratively."
"Just read Nostradamus and it shows that none of this is true. I would
have hoped this didn't need explanation but some of the comments shows
it does", wrote one user and another tweeted, "The whole world will see
the AntiChrist. but the true believers of God will stay away from him.

MOSCOW, IDAHO: A TikTok true crime sleuth who faced a defamation
lawsuit, stands by her claims that a University of Idaho professor of
gender and sexuality is involved in the brutal murders of four students
last month. Ashley Guillard was named in the lawsuit filed in Idaho by Professor Rebecca Scofield.
The Texan uses tarot cards and other readings to help her make claims
regarding true crimes. Even the police authorities have backed Scofield
as they said she had nothing to do with the killings and that they've
confirmed she was in Oregon when the gory crime took place.
The crime related to the vicious slayings of Kaylee Goncalves,
21; Madison Mogen, 21; and Xana Kernodle, 20; and Kernodle's boyfriend,
Ethan Chapin, 20, inside the home they rented just off campus, still
remains unsolved after more than a month. Scofield said she never met
any of the victims in the lawsuit. She sued Guillard for failing to
remove the videos in which the sleuth alleged that the professor planned
the murders as she was in a relationship with Kayla Goncalves. However,
despite the police saying they don't believe there's a connection,
Guillard is refusing to back down.
"When I go to court and they see the evidence or they see how I connect
the dots, then they'll make a decision as it pertains to whether they
want to continue to live in blinders or believe it. If they don't, I
don't care," Guillard told NewsNation.
Scofield's attorney sent a statement responding to the interview,
saying, "The statements made about Professor Scofield are false, plain
and simple. What's even worse is that these untrue statements create
safety issues for the professor and her family. They also further
compound the trauma that the families of the victims
are experiencing and undermine law enforcement efforts to find the
people responsible in order to provide answers to the families and the
public."
The tarot card reader had addressed the lawsuit in several videos,
saying Scofield will "regret" it. With apparently no evidence, Guillard
blamed Scofield for carrying out the killings with the aid of another
student as Goncalves was trying to break up with her and "keep from
making the relationship public." She began mentioning Scofield in a
video on November 24.
Guillard also boasts in her profile that she has solved the murders of
rappers Kirshnik Khari Ball, Takeoff as well as Shanquella Robinson and
Kevin Samuels. Scofield says in the lawsuit that none of the four
victims of the horrific killing were in any of her classes. The
professor was not even in Moscow on the day of the murders but was in
Oregon with her husband visiting friends. She said that she does not
even recall meeting any of the students.
According to Daily Mail,
at one point, Guillard alleged, "I don't care what y'all say, Rebeca
Scofield killed [the victims] and she was the one to initiate the
plan..." The fortune teller was asked to remove the video only after it
was watched by thousands but Guillard failed to act.
"Rebecca Scofield is going to prison for the murder of the 4 University
of Idaho students whether you like it or not", Guillard relentlessly
alleged in another video. Guillard, who goes by the moniker Ashley
Solves Mysteries on her TikTok profile, has over 105,000 followers and
has achieved 2.6 million likes. She claims herself to be a god in her
bio section.
Scofield said that she received numerous online threats as a result of
Guillard's videos and now she fears for the safety of her family. In a
video posted on December 22 titled, "Rebeca Scofield will regret this
lawsuit" Guillard says, "You just don't get it, I've been against people
big and small, corporations and giants, systemic policies and racism
and won." She added, "They all regret coming against me. All of them.
Now Rebecca will be added to that list of regretful people."
On her Facebook account, Guillard says that she is an army veteran
having served as an HR Sergeant in the US Army, between 2003 and 2007.
She also says that she attended Troy University and Columbus State
University. She is from Chicago and now lives in Houston having
previously lived in Atlanta. Guillard has written books with titles such
as Live in Fantasy Land and The War on Your Money.
'There's a lot of people who... want to be involved on the internet. We
are the official source of information", Moscow Police Chief James Fry
told KTVB
on Wednesday, December 21. Scofield is an assistant professor of
history at the University of Idaho according to an online profile. The
bio says, "She is interested in how popular ideas about the West play
out in people's everyday lives." Scofield was working on the Gay Rodeo
Oral History Project at the time the profile was written. Another
section reads, "Her other work covers topics such as country-western
icons like Dolly Parton and mechanical bull riding." The professor has a
doctorate in philosophy from Harvard.
Can it be that the hostility toward Christian, Jewish and Muslim
belief in some kind of catastrophic end to the world as we know it is
nothing more than an expression of prejudice? While it is true that
almost all religious end-times predictions are mere speculation, the
latest being the September 23 “prophecy,”
that doesn’t mean belief in a doomsday is false. The very same is true
of science’s repeated predictions of a “natural” doomsday. Though
leading scientists have wrongly predicted impending global catastrophes
of various kinds, their hastiness doesn’t mean that mass extinction for
one reason or another is a false scenario altogether.
The three
monotheistic religions have different versions of the End Times, but all
revolve around a messianic figure. Jews and Christians believe that
this divinely-empowered person will transform our planet by means of
global war. This end-times war will trigger “natural” catastrophes like
earthquakes, asteroids and deadly pandemics.
Contemporary scientific and pseudo-scientific end-times scenarios are surprisingly similar, and just as horrific. John’s Book of Revelation speaks of extraordinary celestial events that will devastate our planet. It is quite possible that “something like a huge mountain, all ablaze … thrown into the sea,”
speaks of an asteroid. Scientists today are so concerned with asteroids
hitting earth that they have convinced governments to launch special
defense programs against them. Movies like Armageddon (1998)
and the 2013 meteor that hit the Russian town of Chelyabinsk have caused
a great many to believe that a disastrous asteroid is likely to hit
earth within the next 100 years.
The journal Perspective,
which often focuses on climate change, recently published an article,
signed by 22 leading scientists, stating that “there is scientific
consensus that unmitigated carbon emissions will lead to global warming
of at least several degrees Celsius by 2100, resulting in high-impact
local, regional and global risks to human society and natural
ecosystems.” John’s Apocalypse speaks of heatwaves that scorch earth’s
vegetation:
“A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.”
Epidemiologist Larry Brilliant
stated presciently on CNN just a few years ago that “in the next 20
years, 30 years, there will be a pandemic.” John’s Apocalypse speaks of
some kind of pandemic that kills millions:
“A third of the waters turned bitter, and many people died from the waters that had become bitter.”
In his 2015 article in Science magazine, Eric Hand
warned that ocean acidification believed to be responsible for the
Permian mass extinction 250 million years ago, can cause mass extinction
once again. John’s Apocalypse envisions poisoned oceans:
“A third of the sea turned into blood.”
The
probability of man-made global bloodshed has increased dramatically
with the appearance of cheap drones and other means of easily delivering
weapons of mass destruction. Almost any savvy hi-tech sociopath can now
purchase online an unlimited number of cheap drones, enough to cause
mass death. John’s Apocalypse speaks of two “sociopaths” – “beast” and
“dragon” – who will instigate a global war (Rev. 16:13).
The religious and those who adhere solely to science also share a very similar enthusiasm for predictions. Frank Fenner, who helped develop the smallpox vaccine, predicted in 2010 that humans will be extinct within 100 years. Renowned ecologist Guy McPherson said just last year that humanity has but a decade before extinction. And the list goes on.
Doomsday predictions made by the religious and the secular are not only
remarkably similar; scientists have made them real enough to convince
governments to take appropriate action. With all the similarities,
however, one major difference between the scientific and the religious
doomsday scenarios stands out. Science offers purposeless mass suffering
and extinction. Judaism and Christianity envision an Eden-like world
born out of the doomsday ashes. Given that the Bible predates scientific
awakening to the possibility of a doomsday by millennia, the hope it
carries may prove to be just as real as the destruction it foresees.
ISIS-inspired terrorist arrested for deadly Jerusalem bombings

Aqab resident Eslam Froukh, 26, constructed the bombs that killed two
Israelis and wounded over 20 using instructions found online, according
to the Shin Bet and Israel Police.

The deadly Nov. 23 twin bombings in Jerusalem were carried out by a Palestinian resident of Kafr Aqab, acting alone, according to Israeli security forces.
Eslam
Froukh, 26, was arrested on Nov. 29, following an “extensive”
investigation, according to a statement by the Israel Security Agency
(Shin Bet) and Israel Police.

While Froukh identifies with the Islamic State terrorist group and
acted according to a Salafist-jihadist ideology, he planned the bombings
on his own, over an extended period, according to the statement.
“Just
as we pledged, we found him. Israel will find every terrorist who
attacks our citizens and will deal with them to the fullest extent of
the law,” said Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid.
“We will
continue to fight terrorism and deal with terrorists and those who
dispatch them to the fullest extent of the law,” he added.
The explosive devices used in the attacks were constructed in a pit dug by Froukh in the Binyamin region of Judea and Samaria, using instructions found online, police said.
Raw
materials for additional devices were found in the pit, along with a
submachine gun of the Carlo type. A ready-to-activate bomb was also
found in Froukh’s possession at the time of his arrest, according to the
statement.

Two Israeli civilians—Tedsha Tashuma, a 50-year-old
father of six from Pisgat Ze’ev, and Aryeh Shechopek, 16, a
Canadian-Israeli from Har Nof, Jerusalem, were killed in the attacks,
and more than 20 people were wounded.

NY is not a third world shithole, at least not any more than much of
New York state is outside of NY city. They get snow every winter. They
get lake effect snow every winter. It does, from time to time, get
nasty.
This year was / is
bad. The local authorities said ITS GONNA BE BAD. STAY HOME. The
encouraged people to stay off the streets. Then they ORDERED people to
stay off the streets. They have now called out the National Guard to
help the state police in KEEPING people off the streets.
They
have found something like 22 people dead from the cold in and around
Buffalo. People frozen to death in snow drifts. People frozen to death
in their cars. I know sometimes the authorities embellish. Sometimes
they outright lie. This storm was bad. People KNEW it was going to be
BAD. But they wanted to go out rather than hunker down. MAYBE some of
them really needed to go out. I mean if you really want a 40 ounce and a
pack of Pall Malls you do what you gotta do, right? Maybe I should be
more sympathetic. It is the holiday season. But some how I have a hard
time working up a ton of sympathy for someone who does something really
stupid and dies because of it. That is a hell of a price for being
stupid. It shouldn't happen. But sometimes it does.
Brenda Villa used to be a Sergeant with the CA Dept. of
Corrections (and rehabilitation). She was sacked back in 2018 after the
in-custody death of Ronnie Price, 65, in 2016. Price was being
escorted within New Folsom Prison by Correctional Officer Arthur
Pacheco. Price's hands were cuffed behind him in accordance with normal
procedure. Price deliberately tripped him, causing him to do a face
plant, breaking his jaw. He died two days later from an embolism.
Pacheco is due to report to federal prison on January 10 to do 12 years
and some change as a guest of the people.
Sgt. Villa has just been charged and arrested for conspiracy to falsify records in the death.
Timing
suggests that former correctional officer Ashley Aurich testified
before the grand jury against Sgt. Villa shortly before Aurich was
sentenced to 21 months in federal custody for one count of falsifying
records.
Villa was the
first supervisor on the scene after Pacheco pulled Price's legs out from
under him, causing him to do the face plant. Villa is alleged to have
directed the editing and falsifying of the reports of the incident and
to have signed falsified documents. In addition she is alleged to have
lied under oath to the federal grand jury about the identities of the
person(s) present when she arrived at the scene. She is currently in
federal custody but is likely to make bail after a hearing on Wednesday.
In the formerly great state of California, and many other
places, robbery is defined as taking property from the person or
immediate control of someone by force or fear.
Carmelite
Barela threatened to expose Walgreens employees to Covid-19 infection,
which she asserted that she had, and walked out without paying for her
merchandise. This was a while back before theft became legal in
California.
Last week the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the threat was indeed a legit "fear of injury" and met the statute.
In
July of 2021 Barela was convicted. She was sentenced to five months,
credit for time served by a federal judge. It is unclear how the crime
and sentence became a federal issue. The crime was committed in San
Francisco. The federal guidelines would suggest a 33-41 month
sentence. Ms. Barela is homeless, illiterate and mentally ill. (The
ideal democrat.)
Kyle Lobo, 36, had been a cop with the San Marcos P D in
Texas until earlier this year. He resigned while under investigation
for multiple alleged acts of domestic violence, including some against
both his wife and his 11-year old son.
On
Christmas day the cops responded to a San Marcos apartment complex to a
call of an assault by a man drinking and in possession of a gun. The
cops showed up and found Lobo holding a child. Lobo handed the rugrat
to the woman who called the cops and then went for his own gun. The
outcome was predictable. Possibly-probably deliberate on Lobo's part.
The Texas Rangers are investigating. Should be pretty straight-forward.
Last Friday a young man named Nelson Perez-Valdivia, 23,
thought it would be a really cool thing to take a video of himself as
the passenger in a Lambo driving down the Palmetto Expressway in the
early hours at 110 mph firing his Glock out the window. He posted the
video.
Since he was
already out on bond for illegal exhibition of a firearm a smart cop
managed to identify him from the tattoos on his arm which were clearly
visible in the video, which has since been taken down.
Shooting
out of a moving car like that is a Class 2 felony in Florida. He was
smart enough to turn himself in, or maybe his lawyer was smart enough to
convince him to turn himself in.
He could in theory be prosecuted for EACH round discharged and could be facing a huge amount of time in prison.
The
cops are speculating the Lambo might have been a day rental. They are
common in Florida, where tourists want to appear as rich jerks.
He
is currently on house arrest. His bond was $2,500 for the first
discharge of the weapon and $1 each for the 13 subsequent discharges of
the weapon. As far as has been determined none of the shots, which were
fired in a built-up area, caused any injuries or damage.

New lawsuit challenges Biden administration to stop funding Palestinian terrorism
“It
is a total mystery to me why [President Joe] Biden and [Secretary of
State Antony] Blinken are violating a federal law, the Taylor Force

The Biden Administration Is Violating U.S. Law Under the Taylor Force Act.
Filed by America First Legal,
a new firm founded and led by former Trump presidential senior advisor
Stephen Miller, the lawsuit identifies the Biden administration funding
the P.A. with more than $1 billion in taxpayer dollars as a violation of
the Taylor Force Act, named after a Vanderbilt University student and
former army officer stabbed to death in Tel Aviv in 2016.
Taylor Force, a U.S. citizen and West Point graduate, was stabbed to death by a Palestinian terrorist while visiting Israel in 2016.
“Joe Biden is breaking the law by allowing our tax dollars to
fund terrorism in Israel, and he must be stopped. I have deep respect
for my fellow plaintiffs who have been tragically and directly impacted
by Pay to Slay, and I am proud to be on the same team as we hold this failed administration accountable,” U.S. Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas) said, referring to the P.A. terror-funding policy’s nickname.
Miller said, “Our
lawsuit seeks to stop President Biden from violating the Taylor Force
Act and illegally subsidizing terrorism against Americans who visit or
live in Israel…Thank you to Dr. Ronny Jackson, Taylor’s parents Stuart
and Robbi Force, and Sarri Singer, a survivor of a Palestinian suicide
attack against a Jerusalem bus, for your courage in fighting back
against the lawless Biden administration.”
Advocates for victims of terror Stuart Force (Taylor’s father) and Sarri Singer, director of Strength to Strength, offered their perspectives on the new lawsuit.
Force said he sought “to
put a human face on the horrific effects of the Palestinian Authority’s
Pay for Slay policy. Multiply the devastating loss of our beloved son
Taylor by the hundreds of Israeli families that have also been impacted
by this inhumane atrocity of Pay for Slay and you will understand why we
are committed to ending the flow of U.S. dollars to the P.A.”
The Jerusalem suicide bomber Palestianian terror bus attack that nearly took the life of Sarri Singer in 2003
Singer,
a plaintiff in the lawsuit, described her own experience with terrorism
which inspired her to participate and form her organization.
“On
June 11, 2003, I was on bus 14 in Jerusalem when a terrorist who was
recruited by Hamas boarded my bus strapped with explosives and
detonated,” she recalled. “He injured over 100
of us and murdered 17 innocent people including all those seated and
standing around me. It is almost 20 years later, and I am still dealing
with the long-term effects of the attack. There is still shrapnel in me
that is not operable and not a day goes by that I am not reminded that a
simple bus ride to meet a friend for dinner turned into one of the
largest bus bombings in Israel during that time.”
Force could not understand why Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken were breaking the law passed in his son’s name. “It
is a total mystery to me why Biden and Blinken are violating a federal
law, the Taylor Force Act. Only they know what motivates them,” he said.
“If
they understood what motivates Israel’s enemies, the elimination of the
State of Israel, I would think they would stop any funding that could
possibly find its way into the wrong hands. Honestly, I don’t know why
this administration makes the decisions it does on any issue.”
Singer echoed that sentiment.
“I couldn’t even begin to guess [the Biden administration’s] motivations, but I wouldn’t think that they have bad intentions,” she said. “The
fact is the law is clear and that is what matters. Many people worked
very hard to pass the Taylor Force Act which is so important. Under the
law, as long as the Palestinian Authority continues to use foreign aid
to fund the pay for slay program, U.S. funds should not be directly sent
to them.”
Jackson sees political motives in the Biden administration ignoring the Taylor Force Act. He said, “I
believe Joe Biden is doing his best to score cheap political points
with the antisemites in his party who have openly advocated for the
Palestinian Authority while condemning one of our greatest allies,
Israel.”
Force and Singer explained how the funds provided by the Biden administration to the P.A. were in violation of the law. “Aside
from the increased rocket barrages, tunnel construction, and increased
frequency of attacks on innocent civilians when ‘foreign aid’ increases,
the money is used in its widespread PR campaign to incite violence and
foment hatred of Israel and the United States,” Force said.
Singer
emphasized how these taxpayer dollars intended to aid the Palestinian
people would only exacerbate the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
“Funds that supposedly go to help the Palestinian people are actually being used to pay terrorists and their families,” Singer said. “Foreign
aid should be going to help people, not to incentivize violence and
encourage future terrorist attacks. It only gets in the way of peace. As
long as the conflict continues, both sides will suffer.”
Force was realistic about the time it would take to change minds, but said this lawsuit was an important step.
“I
understand that changing beliefs and ideology is a long term prospect.
By stopping the flow of dollars that funds Pay for Slay, we hope to
change their criminal behavior. Ending Pay For Slay is a necessary step
in the search for a better life for all,” he said.
Jackson emphasized that “the American people want their taxpayer dollars to be used responsibly.”
“In the Palestinian Authority’s case, we know they are not exclusively using our money for humanitarian efforts,” said the Texas lawmaker. “They
are using it to advance their anti-Israel agenda, including paying
people to carry out terrorist attacks. The Taylor Force Act gave the
P.A. an ultimatum: stop funding terrorism if you want humanitarian aid.
The P.A. brazenly chose terrorism over their own people, and Joe Biden
has decided he simply does not care that blood is on his hands.”
David Litman, senior analyst at Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting (CAMERA) said, “While
Israel’s designation of terror-linked NGOs led to extensive, and often
hyperbolic and misleading, media coverage, virtually none was given to
the Palestinian Authority’s decrees that effectively nationalized
Palestinian NGOs, including those to which U.S. aid is being funneled.
This lawsuit should help direct attention to this reality and the
implications it has for efforts to circumvent the Taylor Force Act.”
Singer pointed out the consequences of the resuming of American funding for the PA.
“Unsurprisingly,
since the Biden administration resumed this illegal funding,
Palestinian terrorism has greatly increased in Israel,” she said.
She also revealed how she continues to live with the painful effects of the terrorism she experienced nearly 20 years ago.
“It’s very real,” said Singer. “I
think people think you go through something like this and OK, a year or
two goes by, and everything’s fine, and that’s not the reality of the
situation. Everyone deals with it differently and everyone deals with
trauma differently…For me what’s been really incredible and has helped
in the healing has been the connection with other victims of terrorism,
that peer-to-peer support piece…I don’t want our club to get any bigger.
This is a club none of us asked to join.”
She added, “For
me in the healing process, having justice is really important…There has
to be more accountability, part of that healing process is not to sit
back but to take action…like taking action like these suits.”
The deadliest crimes of 2022 include a hate attack, mass shootings, and a quadruple murder
Crime happens every day, all over the world and this year was not an exception. From the as-yet unsolved Idaho student murders to the disturbing Robb Elementary School shooting in Uvalde, where 19 young lives were lost, 2022 saw some brutal crimes that rocked the nation to its core.
The Club Q shooting,
which stunned the LGBTQ community as well as the wider American
population, was another of the year's heinous crimes. 2022 was also the
year that saw violent attacks on prominent political figures, such as
the attack against Paul Pelosi,
the husband of then-Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Let us look back
at some of the horrific events that shook America in 2022. Below, we
have tried to arrange the events chronologically.
Uvalde shooting
A mass shooting occurred on May 24 at the Robb Elementary School in
Uvalde, Texas. An 18-year-old gunman entered the building with an AR-15
and shot dead 19 children and two adult teachers who were attempting to
defend their students. As the bloodiest school massacre since Sandy Hook
more than ten years ago, the mass shooting received global attention.
Additionally, the Uvalde Police Department received harsh criticism for
the way it handled the situation. Officers took over an hour to pursue
and kill the shooter, Salvador Rolando Ramos, inside the school
premises. Many noted that cops ought to have intervened more quickly and
forcefully.

Highland Park shooting
Seven were shot dead and over 30 injured at a Fourth of July parade
in Highland Park, Illinois. The shooter, Robert “Bobby” E Crimo III,
managed to flee the scene but was subsequently taken into custody later
that day. One victim died from their injuries in a nearby hospital,
while five of the seven victims were pronounced dead at the site.

While the injured ranged in age from 8 to 85, the deceased were all 35
or older, with the oldest being 88. The shooter traveled by car to the
Madison, Wisconsin, region after the shooting. According to authorities,
he planned to use the weapons hidden in his car to carry out another
mass shooting nearby. He was slapped with seven charges of first-degree
murder, and if found guilty, he would have to serve a life sentence
without the possibility of parole.
Paul Pelosi attack
The brutal attack on Paul Pelosi remains one of the most chilling
crimes of 2022. David Wayne Depape, 42, of Berkeley attacked Paul Pelosi
on October 28 at his San Francisco home. Depape is accused of breaking
into the house, assaulting Pelosi, 82, with a hammer, and breaking his
skull while screaming that Nancy Pelosi was his intended victim. Depape
is scheduled to be arraigned on December 28 on charges including
attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, elder abuse, false
impersonation of an elder, first-degree burglary, and endangering a
public official's family member.

After speaking with Depape, San Francisco Police Sgt Carla Hurley
claimed that he had a "kill list" that also included California Governor
Gavin Newsom and President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden. Besides these
political personalities, Depape also discussed including novelist Gale
Breen and actor Tom Hanks in the list. Body camera footage from the
incident revealed that an officer instructed DePape to put down the
hammer before the latter did so anyway. This has helped to refute some
conspiracy theories that surfaced after the incident.
The Idaho murders
Four college students were killed in Moscow, Idaho, on November 13 in
a crime that continues to petrify the community. Kaylee Goncalves,
Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Kernodle's boyfriend, Ethan Chapin,
were discovered dead from stab wounds in their off-campus rental home.
Police have not been able to locate a suspect or make any arrests. No
weapon was found at the scene or close by, despite the fact that police
suspect the killer used a fixed-blade knife.

The investigators are currently looking for a white Hyundai Elantra
that was seen nearby. Meanwhile, web sleuths have put forth several
conspiracy theories, including that the killer knew the victims, and
that the killer was a woman, and many more. Police also acknowledged
that investigation would be harder once students return home for the
holidays. However, James Fry, the chief of the Moscow Police, promised
that the probe would not slow down.
Club Q shooting
A mass shooting occurred at an LGBTQ club in Colorado on November 19
night into November 20 morning. Five people lost their lives in the
tragedy, which happened at Club Q in Colorado Springs, while at least 18
more were hurt. Just before midnight, the shooter, Anderson Lee
Aldrich, barged into the club and started shooting people with an
AR-15-style rifle.

According to investigators, the shooter entered the establishment
during a drag queen's birthday party and was only subdued by the actions
of those within the club who attacked and restrained him. Raymond Green
Vance, Daniel Aston, Ashley Paugh, Derrick Rump, and Kelly Loving lost
their lives and the gunman was apprehended on the scene. He is currently
held in the El Paso County Jail on five charges of first-degree murder.
Chesapeake Walmart shooting
A Virginia Walmart employee shot and murdered six people before
turning the gun on himself on November 22. There were at least 50
individuals in the store at the time, and several were hurt. Shortly
after the rampage started, police were called to the store, and they
quickly learned that the shooter, Andre Bing, had already died from a
self-inflicted gunshot wound. He had been working at the store as a
nighttime team lead since 2010, according to a statement from Walmart.

Three of the dead were discovered in the break room. Three more
victims died after being transferred to other hospitals, while one was
discovered dead close to the store's entrance. The victims were Randy
Blevins, Fernando Chavez-Baron, Lorenzo Gamble, Tyneka Johnson, Brian
Pendleton, and Kellie Pyle. The gunman, according to the police, was
equipped with a handgun and several rounds of ammo. In an attempt to
uncover a potential motive for the shooting, investigators also dug into
the background of the suspect. WAVY-TV, a Virginia TV station, said
that the gunman might have been influenced by coworkers who had been
bothering him about a change in his employment status. But it's unclear
what that change involved.
